This newer 3 unit (tri-plex) luxurious vacation rental (rent together, independently or any combination of the three units) are ideally located at 350 Harloe Ave between Price and Dolliver 1.5 blocks from the world-renowned Pismo Beach Pier. Rent all three and you have the entire property. They are each individually priced, starting at $345 per night to $465 per night, depending on number of occupants, time of year and or length of stay. Rent one or all three. We are highly sought after by large groups renting all three units. There are a dozen award-winning restaurants and thousands of local attractions surround this venue. Only a shor...t drive to over a hundred world-class wineries in three different regions. You won't want to leave!

We have three different suites to choose from. La Casita de Amelia (Suite A) is a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath. Includes two ocean view decks, including patio furniture, one off the family room and another in the master bedroom. All suites have a Cal King and a walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom has a Queen, and there is plenty of additional space in the family room, sofa sleeper, etc. This suite has a gas log fireplace in the family room. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

La Casita de Bailyn (Suite B) is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath suite. Includes two ocean view decks, including patio furniture, one off the family room and another in the master bedroom. There is a master Cal King and a walk- in closet. The secondary bedroom has a Full over Full bunk and an additional twin. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a half bath off the family room.

La Casita de Colton (Suite C) is our large 3 bedroom/3 bath suite. Includes two ocean view decks, including patio furniture, one off the family room and another in the master bedroom. The master has a Cal King, a walk- in closet and full bath within. The secondary bedroom has a Queen and full bath within. The 3rd bedroom has a Twin over Full with trundle beneath, a perfect set-up for the kids. There is a third full bath right outside the third bedroom off the family room. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

If you want to rent multiple suites, then hurry... these go rapidly! Pricing is per unit or altogether depending on request. Seasonal rates start $345 - $465 per night in each condo, depending on dates, number of occupants and length of stay.

Amenities include gourmet kitchens with all necessary cooking utensils. Our suites are supplied with luxury linens and towels, high-speed internet access and cable. Each suite has a private two car enclosed garage and a washer and dryer.

Every family room includes a flat panel LCD TV and flat panel LCD TVs or TVs, DVD players, VHS in all other rooms. Each suite is equipped with a Game Cube (no games), Outside, we have provided a built in barbecue (shared by all units) and a foot wash for all guests to use. Each suite has a code activated entry. Each suite has a pak n play for baby or toddler and high-chair.

This is a great property for large groups who want to be together but have privacy later when necessary. We are family friendly, kid friendly, but no pets please.

Condos B and C rent largely to groups who need 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Condo A is the one unit that is in the front of the building. Condos B and C are in the middle and back of the building. All have ocean views north and south. Easy access to the Highway 1 and 101. Guests can either stay in for meals or walk out to one or several of the local restaurants in the area. Additional Location Information

Tres Tesoros is in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach close to everything. You can walk to the beach, walk out to eat, shop locally and participate in the fun and activity the town has to offer. This is a great place for family reunions and gatherings where everyone wants to be together but still have privacy when necessary. Each rent separately or in any combination.

Rates subject to change without notice. These suites (A, B and C) rent individually or in any combination. If you wish to rent multiple suites... please think about reserving immediately because they go fast! Weekends require a two or three night stay when renting all three units. There is a cleaning fee (dependent on one, two or three unit rental), 11% tax on rent only when less than 30 nights, refundable security deposit applies per suite. Contact the owner for pricing. Email or call the owner for longer term rates. No tax on 30 night stays or longer. No smoking or pets on the premises, no exceptions. Calendar only shows bookings when all three condos are reserved. Winter and summer rates vary depending on the date and how many units you are requesting.

  The townhome was in the perfect location, had absolutely everything you could ever need on vacation. We loved staying here and are looking forward to staying again next year. Hopefully we will make it an annual trip. Will never stay in a "hotel" again in Pismo Beach.

  Our family has stayed multiple times in 2 of the 3 Casita's that are at the property and we have never been disappointed with our experience. The property is not just visually appealing; it is appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable visit to Pismo Beach - our destination of choice for a great weekend getaway! The kitchen has every appliance and cooking utensil that a cook would need to prepare meals. The bathrooms are stocked with plentiful plush linens and there are even beach towels for a trip to the sand. The washer and dryer are ideal for a family with children and the private garage is convenient. The beds are extremely comfortable and make it tempting to sleep in a little, even on a nice day! We always sleep with the sliding door slightly open so we can hear the ocean waves at night. We love Pismo and we've found our home away from home at the Casitas. The location is ideal, a very short walk to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. We will be back again and again!
