2 bedroom 2 bath lower level condo just steps to the beach in an ocean front building with views of the Pacific Ocean. Includes extended basic cable TV/VCR & wireless Internet, kitchen with all amenities except a dishwasher. Queen sized bed in each bedroom and a sofa in the living room. Has shared laundry in garage and 1 parking space. This property has 2 Queen(s).

Pismo Beach offers beautiful beaches for walking, jogging, playing or enjoying some of the most spectacular sunsets that that California has to offer. Pismo Beach offers wonderful weather year around. Pismo Beach is centrally located between Los Angeles and San Francisco, making it the perfect meeting spot for a getaway with friends and family. The world famous Hearst Castle, is located approximately 50 miles from Pismo Beach. World class wines are also only minutes away. Paso Robles, the fastest growing wine region in California, as well as San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande produces world renowned wines and are located only minutes away from Pismo Beach. Many wine tour services are available to provide transportation from your vacation home to these fabulous area wineries. The Central Coast also boasts championship golf courses such as Black Lake and Hunter Ranch. Oceano Beach, just two miles down the road, offers one of the only beaches left in California where you are able to hit the dunes for four-wheeling ATV's or a drive along the beach. Horseback riding is another option in Oceano where stables are available to give riding lessons and have horses to rent for a stroll along the beach. Along Pismo's award winning boardwalk sits our beautiful 1200 foot pier. Relax along the pier and watch the locals surf, or join them and catch a wave! If surfing isn't your style, grab a fishing pole and fish right off of the pier. Pismo Beach is famous for dozens of award winning restaurants. Splash Cafe, McLintocks and The Cracked Crab just to name a few.   This condo is right on the beach and very economical. The condo has a older feel to it, it doesn't seem to have been remodeled in a decade or so. However, everything was in working order. The deck shown in the picture is shared with the entire condo- it is not private. There is easy walking access to restaurants, bars, and coffee and parking is easy. There is no dishwasher or ice maker, which is a bummer and the ice trays had mold growing in them. We also had to wash all of the dishes before we used them as they were covered in a layer of dust or dirt.
  
  Overall, it was a positive experience once we got to the condo, however the booking agency made me feel a bit like a reprimanded child in the way they communicated. I also felt like they were watching over us throughout our entire visit- an employee from the agency stopped by at one point to check in. Definitely not a great way to relax!

  We would like to start by saying, "Thank you for choosing to stay with us!" Also, thank you for taking the time to write a review. It's always nice to hear when someone has had a nice time at our property.

  Owner Response: We are currently in the process of remodeling each of our units. (New paint, furniture, etc.) We have eight units in total and have currently remodeled four of the eight units. We are in the process of remodeling the remaining four to date.

  Owner Response: We sincerely apologize if you found mold in your ice trays and dust or dirt on your dishes. Immediately after receiving your review, we inspected each and every unit in our complex. We were unable to find any ice trays with mold or dishes with dust or dirt. We will however, keep a close watch on this. We do have units with private decks, however; the units that your group chose to rent are clearly advertised as having "shared patios". The units that your group chose to rent also are advertised has having no dishwasher.

  Owner Response: We are happy to hear that overall you had a positive experience. We (owners and property manager) truly strive to give our guests a positive experience! This is our top priority...When you say, "We felt like they were watching over us throughout our entire visit,and we were made to feel reprimanded in communication" we were a bit confused. We (the owners) contacted our property manager to see what happened. Our property manager is a VERY kind person who truly cares about these units and the guests that stay in them. He was leaving to go out of town and asked the housekeeper to check in on the property and make sure everyone was happy. We, as a team, like to check in with our guests and make sure that everyone is comfortable and happy. He also stated that you were booking for a group of 8 of you in one unit. He said that he recommended (rightfully so) two units, as we do not have, nor claim to have a unit that beds 8 guests. We apologize that your group misunderstood that for "being reprimanded in communication or watched over". We do often check in during the evening hours to make sure that the noise level in suitable for all guests. We believe this is a responsible measure that the majority of our guests appreciate.
