This home is special. From your balcony deck you have wildlife in the stream below and look out over the curve of the beach of San Luis Bay. The beach strand is a few hundred feet away. The pelicans swoop up from the water in a grand sweeping curve. Mallards land and bobble, and in season the mama duck leads her string of ducklings along the path. All this within an easy stroll to the Pismo Pier along the beach boardwalk.   this is a nice and clean and well maintained facility. We went for the week of the 4th of July and had a very enjoyable time. By the way even in the summer it is cold in Pismo, so if you are looking for a warm beach and warm water this is not your spot.
  
  The condos are on a second floor above the garages so there is a lot of stair climbing and if you not use to it can get a little old.
  
  The weather made us stray from our normal beach bum week to traveling to outside of pismo to see the sights and chase the sun. By the end of the week my wife was calling it dismal beach cause the sun was under the June (July) gloom.
  
  We stopped at a local goodwill and bought wet suits for the kids and myself _score!
  So we could boogie board in comfort.
  
  Sitting under the stars watching 4th of July Fireworks on the beach with our kids in sleeping bags will be a great memory!
  
  We had a great stay but because of the cooler weather probably wont return.

  We hope our guest will return to Pismo. We have a Mediterranean climate that is loved by thousands who come year after year. Glad you have those great memories of boogie boarding in the surf and watching the 4th of July Fireworks on the beach. Addie Vacation Townhomes are just steps from the wide sandy beach with great views all around. As you discovered, there is lots to do in our area, from Hearst Castle to Danish Village with missions, wineries, marinas, ocean kayaking, shopping and now skydiving onto the beach. Do consider coming again to give it another try. Thank You for staying with us last year.
