FABULOUS NEW HOUSE!!! Our newest Pismo Beach vacation rental is a 6 bedroom, 4 full bath and 2 half bath property within one block of the beach and beach access. The main house is 2300 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The guest house is 1017 sq. ft. has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Both kitchens are fabulous with Brookhaven cabinets, granite slab counters, all new appliances and are fully appointed. All Bedrooms have their own TV, plus a TV and DVD in both family rooms. The house has garage parking and off street parking.

We have just returned from an extended weekend stay at this lovely home. We celebrated our nephew's wedding. The property has plenty of room as well as privacy. King sized beds, flat screen TVs, comfortable furniture, and that rare amenity at a beach property, parking! The large dining table and kitchen allowed us to have a birthday dinner, the groomsmen's breakfast, and a friends and family breakfast the day after the wedding. Plenty of bathrooms allowed all ten men in the party to get dressed, and the sister and parents of the groom had the cottage at the back where they could get dressed. We were able to stage the rehearsal dinner in SLO. This property accommodated all of the needs of our large family gathering. The decor is lovely, the kitchen and bath appointments are top quality, the beds are comfortable. And surprisingly, as conveniently located near the freeway access as this is, there is little noise.

This is actually a home and guest home on one property. The homes are beautifully appointed,comfortable, restful for a family gathering. Great beach access, walkable to pier and shops. Some freeway noise. All in all, a wonderful spot.

This is a beautiful fully furnished home. And when I say furnished, every kitchen gaget you might need is there. Lots of room for a large group to spread out.
Hot weather while we were there and the property manager was right there getting fans for us, which helped a lot to cool the house down.
Some beach toys are there ready for the kids to use, if you forget the sand toys.
Short walk to the beach, involves some stairs.
Loved the house it fit our needs completely. Some neighbors are not so welcoming...be careful of noise, ever something as simple as kids laughing too loudly!!
