Edinburgh, United KingdomThe place to stay in Pitlochry - Not to be missed!
Left on 03/21/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at The Lodge. The location is absolutely outstanding, The Lodge is very comfortable, spacious, homely and spotlessly clean, with every need catered for. The owners clearly take a pride in what they do and try extremely hard to please their guests. We received an exceptionally generous welcome pack. March is a beautiful time of year to stay in Pitlochry before all the tourists descend en mass with its lovely walks and scenery. We will be back.

Second time at The Lodge, found it even more special than I remember. The Browns are fantastic hosts, the welcome pack with fresh flowers and first day essentials is a nice touch. I know they've done a lot to the property this year, but it still has that lived in feel, which for me, makes you relax as soon as you walk through the door. The view just blows you away, The Lodge is a real jewel in Perthshires crown. Already booked for next year, so that kind of says it all!!!

Superb and comfortable bungalow, with everything you could need for a super holiday. Views are terrific, easy walks from the door.
We absolutely love it here, and with an easy walk into Pitlochry for shopping/restaurants is a bonus.
Graham and anne make you so welcome.
It is a beautiful area to explore.
Loved everything, disliked nothing at all.

We travel to this part of Scotland regularly, the walking is great, the scenery and lochs fantastic and there is plenty to see and do.
This is undoubtably the best holiday property we have rented by far, it was clean, comfortable, well furnished and the owners had gone to great lengths to make our stay a memorable one with some lovely little touches like fresh flowers and a very generous welcome 'basket'.
Despite being very close to the town centre it was incredibly peaceful with some very good walking straight from the door.
We have booked another week next summer and can highly recommend it. -

LondonAbsolutely the perfect place to chill out and relax.

The owners are very helpful and are on hand if you need them, but keep a very low profile and leave you to it. As a wheelchair user i find the property very accessible, all amenities i.e. shower toilet are good. The location is beautiful the views outstanding. but there is lots to do in Pitlochry and surrounding area. overall all the makings of a good holiday
my next visit will be our fourth. -

We love our time at the Lodge, so peaceful and relaxing. It's an absolute delight to stay at the house, scrupulously clean and everything you could possibly ask for is provided as well as being wheelchair friendly for our son. The owners are very friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you and this includes a lovely welcome pack for your stay. The location is superb, with lovely views over Loch Faskally and a short stroll takes you into the friendly town of Pitlochry with all amenities including the salmon leap and Festival Theatre. Really looking forward to our next holiday.
