This stunning, architecturally designed three story Mediterranean style villa sits on two hundred feet of beach three miles from Placencia village. The 4000 square foot home has two spacious bedrooms, each with full bath and bidets. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and bathroom with an old fashioned cast iron tub, as well as an outdoor shower on a private small terrace facing the sea. We stayed at CN for a week. The groundskeeper and housekeeper were very helpful. The house and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is large and extremely well equipped. The beach access is truly luxurious. The rental is located south of Seine Bight, and all points of interest are quickly and easily accessible by golf cart. And, Katie was able to arrange all of our activities (snorkeling, Monkey River tour, Jaguar preserve) and we were able to pay in advance.

My husband and I just spent our honeymoon at Casa Nettuno and OMG! It was far better than the pictures or the reviews I read. It was indeed exactly what we needed to relax. It was nice to have privacy and quiet time. You can easily go into Placencia or go north to Maya Beach ...there is amazing things to do all around you and the house couldn't have been in a better location. Jennifer the housekeeper is fabulous. She did a fantastic job and even took care of our laundry. Ignacio kept the beach front raked and was there for any questions. Katie is very helpful in all aspects of booking your arrival and stay in Belize. If you like having watching the stars the roof top sitting area on this house will blow your mind! Watching the sun come up is another must do from this house...and on a calm morning you can watch a pod of dolphins swim by...the only bad thing about this house is have to pack up and leave...

Casa Nettuno was amazing! I stayed there with my wife, son and mother for one week. We all had a great time. We loved the beach and seclusion the property offered. The views were amazing and I can't wait to go back. The home and staff surpassed my expectations. Thank you Katie, Ignacio and Jenny.

My parents, sister and I stayed at Casa Nettuno over the Christmas holiday and we can not say enough about how wonderful the house was! The location is perfect!! Easy drive to both Placencia and to Maya Beach. Every amenity you could want was available in the house! The outdoor shower was a highlight for each of us. Who wouldn't love showering with the Caribbean as your view!! Jennifer and Ignacio were fantastic. We loved our stay in Casa Nettuno and would highly recommend this home to rent!!

Casa Nettuno wa a breath of fresh air reminding us of villas in Italy with beautiful detail. The location is on the sand, beautiful view, private grounds, quiet and serene. The caretaker and housekeeper are customer service oriented and if you don't want to use the magnificient kitchen - no problem, ask Jennifer to cook Belizean style for you. The location is walking distance (2 miles or less) from Robert's Marina for trips out to the reef or dinner and less than 10 minutes from the airport (no noise these are all single engine prop planes). We rode bikes into the village (3 miles) and took cabs up to Maya Beach Hotel for dinner. Outstanding find, we plan to return.

We had an outstanding time staying in Casa Nettuno with our two adult children. Everything was perfect. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The birds in the morning are most impressive to watch from the breakfast table on the porch. Placencia is a very nice village easily accessible by bicycles available at the house. We enjoyed our trip to Monkey River, and snorkeling at Silk Caye and Laughing Bird Caye. Hikes at Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary and the Mayflower Bocawina National Park were also enjoyable with many great swimming holes to enjoy.

This is a beautiful house on the beach, secluded and very private with its own caretaker and housekeeper, both very helpful and gracious. The villa itself is lovely, with a beautiful kitchen and many amenities, a lovely deck and rooftop deck that look out over the water. The house is a few miles outside of and easily accessible to the village of Placencia, and in addition to being a lovely place to pass a tropical day, it's a great base for exploring the area.
