A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No tentative booking is confirmed until we received the deposit form.
If a cancellation is received in writing before 60 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus a 5% (of the deposit amount) or $50.00usd cancelation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.

I just got back from an amazing vacation with 12 friends in Placencia. We could not have picked a better house to rent for the trip. Not only is it a beach front house with spectacular views, but it has a pool and cabana for your personal use. The house was built and decorated in local decor and felt like a home away from home.

The location is great. We had a wonderful time there. The only problem was that we only had cold water the first night, but that was immediately corrected the next morning when we reported it.

I have stayed in both one bedroom units at different times. The apartments are spacious and comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The multicolored tiled bathroom was roomy with space for all of my toiletries. My first stay was during my first visit to Belize and I had the property to myself most of the duration. The beautiful blue tiled pool was nice to relax by/in at the end of the day. Situated right on the beach, the expanse was often empty. The property is an easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores and other businesses. I really appreciated having a laundry room in the unit as well. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Placencia.

My wife and I loved this rental! We were the only ones in the whole complex so we had the rental to our selves. We stayed in one of the two downstairs smaller apartments. It was very nice. The pool would have been a little small to share if the other two units were full, but worked great for us.

We thought the walk up to the unit could of been improved. The unit itself needs to be updated, i.e. bathroom. The pool area was not maintained - did not feel comfortable using it.

This was my second stay here and it was everything we could ask for. Right on the beach, close to everything in town. Accommodation was clean, spacious, and everything worked as it should. i would not hesitate to stay again
