This semi detached property is decorated to a high standard with emphasis on quality. Incorporating 3 bedrooms. 1 twin on the ground floor and 1 twin and double on the second floor.

All rates are for the cost of the villa. Should a seventh person wish to stay, an extra cost of £75.00 is charged..
Children under 2 free. Cot facilities and linen, high chairs, stair gates, bumbo, bottle sterilizer, hand blender, bottle warmer, plastic cutlery and plates and toddler toys are provided free of charge. We provide everything you need, so as to cut down on luggage for yourselves.
SWIMMING POOL BARRIER AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE IF REQUIRED.
We can also accommodate twins, as we provide 2 travel cots, 2 highchairs.
Bookings are from Sunday to Sunday. Discounts are given for late bookings.
Please note if there is a cross on a Sunday, followed by available days. There will be available check in on that Sunday. The booking calender doesn't allow for check in and check outs. Situated in a quiet street on the edge of Playa Blanca and equipped with all the stuff you need if you have young children, so you don't end up paying mega excess baggage charges. Had a great time, the pool is great (and gated) and the hot tub is a treat for the adults!

We have just had a fantastic stay at Casa Con Vista. We have a baby and toddler and the villa itself and all of Kate's help made this a lovely, easy family holiday. The facilities at the villa are fantastic making packing easy. The children were very entertained with the pool and Wendy house and all of the toys and of course happy children means happy parents. I would highly recommend Casa Con Vista, particularly those travelling with children.

We had a lovely week in Casa con vista. The Casa is very well equipped for toddlers and the pool guard made it easy for us to relax and not worry that our 22 month old daughter was heading for a swim on her own! We put the pool and the hot tub to good use, and didn't really feel the need to go out and explore very much - we had everything in the Casa! The Management team were very helpful too. We will definitely be looking to go back next year.

We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Con Vista. It was the first time to go abroad as a family, and the villa was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need to have a fantastic holiday. The welcome pack of food and drink was fab as it meant we were able to feed the hungry troops and enjoy the villa and swimming pool before having to find the local shop. It is beautifully decorated and kept lovely and clean, inside and out. We hired a car for the week which made getting around very easy, with three kids in tow, however Playa Blanca is within walking distance so a car is not essential. The resort of Playa Blanca was beautiful, and we ate out every night at different restaurants, most of which are located a mere 15ft from the beach. The food is excellent and the waiters are friendly and very welcoming to families. We went to the new water park a couple of minutes from the villa and had a lovely day, it wasnt too expensive and if you get there early you can set up camp on the sun loungers with a parasol! All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely book again in the future and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you.

On arrival at the Villa we parked the rented car in the drive and were greeted by a welcome pack on the table . We found the Villa spotless and from the master bedroom and balcony a lovely view of the sea and ajoining islands with the ferries and fishing boats entering and leaving Playa Blanca harbour .The Swimming pool was warm and with the Hot Tub were in daily use as were the Table Tennis and Childrens Play House and Toys.The well stocked local store was only a short walk away and very friendly. We found the location very convenient to explore the surrounding countryside and an easy drive from the airport.

We had a lovely quiet 3 weeks in the sun,swimming in the warm pool to cool off,and finishing the day in the hot tub before walking down to the sesfront for a good meal.
Our daughter and granddaughter joined us for the 1st week and the 4 year old had a huge amount of safe fun with the pool barrier up ,playing with the multitude of toys supplied and holding dolly parties in the playhouse.
An adult friend came out for the last 10 days and we relaxed completely apart from the girls going shopping and walking.
We were able to use the broadband to save the pile of emails from attacking us when we got back,and I did some research for my book.Also,I believe the critical plotlines of unfolding \UK \TV dramas were successfuly followed.

The welcome pack was fantastic - especially as we arrived on a Sunday during siesta! Lots of thought has been put into the rental: the welcome pack, house slippers for all the party, entertainment at the villa - WII, books, Dvd's, Spa etc. The pool was amazing - we couldn't get our daughter out of the pool! Excellent for children.
It did take us a while to realise the road to the villa was 1-way!!

wow, fantastic holiday, villa outstanding. all amenities and more, especially suited for families with young children. lovely welcome pack and location close to playa blanca. liked the salt water pool and hot tub the best and the quiet evenings :)

The Villa is home from home with plenty of thoughtful additions. We enjoyed the quiet days by the heated pool and took to the jaccuzzi every evening, a welcome addition. When we felt like taking some exercise we would play a game of table tennis or walk to the nearby town.
The Villa is fairly close to the town of Play Blanca, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and a wonderful promenade for a lazy evening stroll.
The bed was extremly comfortable and the room had it's own balcony. Great for relaxation.
The kitchen is well organised with all mod cons.
The Villa is clean and tidy.

We had such a pleasant week at the villa. It was great having the pool barrier as we have a toddler and we didn't have to supervise every second. Great to have toys, books, Dvds for kids too. Our little one gained confidence swimming in the pool-the first few days he just stayed in the shallow part of the pool and by the end of the holiday he was jumping into the deep end. Stair gates was handy to keep him from going upstairs without us. He was able to roam the place as he like and we didnt' have to worry. The pool was heated up to 28/29 degrees which was a very comfortable temperature even on windy days. The jacuzzi was wonderful too. The only downside was the curtains were not dark enough for a proper lie in--though who gets a lie in with a little one.

as for the staff,an the owner, they have all made our stay,one to remmeber,with their help,and tips on where to go etc.
as for the villa, you get whats on the box an more.

We had a great week at this villa. It was very comfortable and a home from home. It is located in Playa Blanca which is definately one of the best resorts in Lanzarote. The pool, hot tub and table tennis facilities were all much appreciated. Good central location for eating out and exploring volcanoes and beaches. Good time had by all.

The Villa was booked through Kate who also arranged the car hire and directions from the airport which were easy to follow - who needs TomTom! This was our first Villa holiday which was perfect. What you see on the website is what you get and more!! We will definately book again.

My family and I have just returned from a week at Casa Con Vista Villa in Playa Blanca. The Villa was stunning and exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness & presentation of the Villa was excellent.
What impressed me most about the Villa was that it catered for everyone's needs. The facilities included a Table Tennis Table, a Jacuzzi to relax in, a very good choice of Dvd's, books & Cd's and Lilo's for the pool.
The resort of Playa Blanca was also very nice with a large selection of Restaurants, Shops & Bars.

Casa con vista is a very well equipped villa, and felt like home from home (except nicer!!) Kate provided all the essentials plus added extras that made the stay run very smoothly. The accommadation is to a very high standard and Kate was more than helpful during the booking procedure and went out of her way to rent us a car.

Our visit to Casa Con vista was fantastic in every way. Kate did her up-most to make our booking as stress free as possible. She arranged car hire for us and recommended a flight agent to give us the best possible price for our flights. Along with our booking form, were directions to the villa, local information and the number of the management team looking after the villa and us. On arrival was a very welcome, welcome pack, toiletries and even spa slippers. The children had games and books on their beds to play with during their stay. The salt water swimming pool was wonderful and so kind to our skin. There were plenty of inflatable toys and a floatie jacket for our youngest. We all enjoyed the hot tub, especially at night with the party lights on and a cool drink. We are now extremely good at table tennis, from playing the outdoor one at the villa. I was grateful for the wii player, for the children to use, especially during the very hot weather, when they had to go inside until it cooled. There are plenty of up to date dvds and books as well as games to play. Ipod docking stations in all the bedrooms and in the lounge was great and an added bonus. For us as a family we actually didn't feel the need to go out every day as the children were so happy in the pool, we tended to have barbeques and generally just chilled. So in all it was a very cost effective holiday and we can't wait to go back.

Thankyou Manon for your review. Going by your comments It seems that I am getting it right with regards to all the extras in the villa. This is my first venture into villa rentals and I am continually lhinking of ways to upgrade the villa for the pleasure of my guests. I am adding new things all the time, such as snorkel sets and pool dive sticks and rings. As I know so many of my guests children learn to swim whilst staying at the villa. The dive sticks and rings help the children build confidence in the water which aids their swimming. Also the salt water pool has been a big hit, especially for guests who have skin conditions as it means that they too can enjoy the pool.
