New house built with Love – Scandinavian Modern Style and much attention to Details and Comfort – 2 Floors – 1965 sq ft:

The open and spacious Living–Dining–Kitchen area is on the 2nd f...loor – with 12 ft high Teak Cathedral Ceilings and Great Views.

The house is very Well-Equipped – both for cooking and entertaining. There is high speed Wireless Internet connection as well as ceiling Fans and good natural Ventilation throughout. All 3 bedrooms have A/Cs.

A lush tropical Garden – perfectly Private – with 25 ft sparkling Pool, shower and BBQ Gazebo surrounds the house. It overlooks the Ocean, Carrillo Bay and abundant greenery. Enjoy a variety of colorful Birds, Howler Monkey families swinging by, sound of Waves and Romantic Sunsets.

Carrillo is Costa Rica for Real. This is not a resort or gated community area and there are no buildings higher than 2 floors. Our location is Very Secure, Quiet and Private. Yet, it is only a 2-3 minute walk to the village main street with grocery Stores and Restaurants.

Walk to the Beach (less than 0.5 mile or 750 meters) – White Sand, lined with Palm Trees, no buildings and few people. It is the safest for Swimming along the entire coast – and the most Beautiful – really!

Additional Location Information

The fabulous Playa Carrillo beach is unspoiled with no buildings in sight, white sand, clear and calm water as well as palm trees that offer welcomed shade. The bay is protected by a reef and is perfect for kids.

The village is located off the beach. It has a mixed population of locals and expatriates (possibly about 1,000 inhabitants). It offers restaurants, basic food shopping, some shops, a tour operator, a car rental and even a small zoo.

It is convenient to rent a car, but it is possible to manage without one. We are only a 2-3 minute walk from the main street with restaurants, grocery stores and the local bus stop.

  I highly recommend this house!
  
  My wife and I stayed at Casa Sevana for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon. From my first email with Sevana, to checking in, to checking out, everything was very easy and well coordinated. The house has everything you would want or need and is in an ideal location- beach towels, chairs, umbrellas etc. The view from the porches are beautiful. We arrived to see howler monkeys not more that 50yds from the house in the trees, a nice surprise.
  
  The beaches in this area are some of the best in the world. We had a car and drove as far south as Caletas and north to Nosara hitting every beach along the way. Carrillo was not as deserted as we expected because schools are on break a the beginning of January, but still by no means packed. We had some of the best steaks of my life at El Colibri at the end of the street, an argentinian Steakhouse, excellent and very fairly priced.
  
  All in all a great stay and we if go back to the Carrillo area, we'll definitely stay at the house again.

  Don't Believe the ad...Casa Sevana is Much Better than advertise

  First, the listing was not at all accurate, this house is much more than represented on the website. It has everything you need and the owners have gone to great lengths to make sure you understand the house and the surrounding area.
  
  The house is very clean, tight and functional. The pool and landscaping are well kept. Everything works.
  
  The house is within easy walking distance of some very good retuarants, a couple of markets and a liquor store, and the beach.
  
  Playa Carrillo is a picture perfect beach with gentle waves and little to no rip. It's the perfect place to learn to surf or let your young ones boogey board or swim.
  
  I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and if you need a little nightlife, Samara is only a ten minute drive.
