Set on the grounds of the Westin Golf Resort & Spa at Playa Conchal, Guanacaste, Costa Rica overlooking the beautiful Gara de Leon golf course.

The unit is a very spacious 1700 sq. ft. (170 m2), 3 bedroom apartment, with central A/C, fully equipped modern kitchen with electronic appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, and of course it comes with fresh linens and towels. It is professionally decorated with Spanish tiles throughout.

The quote includes sales taxes and free access to the Reserva Conchal Beach Club and to the Westin Hotel & SPA (see note below).

All-Inclusive meal packages at the Westin hotel are available for additional charges per day, and can be arranged directly at the resort after you arrive.

Free Wi-Fi internet access.

Samsung flat screen LED with premium cable service - includes U.S. channels.

Gated resort, 24/7 security, free resort shuttle, concierge services.

On-demand cleaning services available upon request for a fee.

Note: During peak season when the hotel has full occupancy, the Westin hotel reserves the right to limit access to their pool to hotel guests only. Condo residents will always have access to the Beach Club which includes its pool, free beach equipment, restaurants, gym and the resort SPA. The hotel will make their best effort to accommodate guests of this condominium at their facilities and their restaurants at any time.

If Ilan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
