Located on the Malecon right across the street from our 8km beach. We are a couple of km's north the the renown surfing town Montanita.

Olon has one of the largest and nicest beaches on the Pacific Coast of Ecuador. Olon beach has an area of 8 km, is characterized by its beauty because of the length of it. It also has a pleasant climate for tourists seeking a quiet place away from the city. The great thing about Olon is it is so close to Montanita you have the choice of eating at all of Montanita's fabulous restaurants and bars but sleeping in quiet Olon. The cost of a bus ride to Montanita is .40 cents or $1.50 by taxi.
This beach is great for touring around the same and hard to reach places because it is surrounded by rock formations and lush vegetation.
Olon is a small fishing village that has always been visited 'for the beauty of its beaches.
Near the village admire a stream ecological paradise you get to by boat, thoroughly appreciate its lush mangroves and a variety of colorful fish and birds.
In addition, tourists can enjoy the beauty of the Shrine of the Sea Star White stone building shaped like a boat from the top of a large cliff rising imposingly as if navigating the sky.

this place is perfect.
it is a customizable size for large or small groups, Dan and annette make every provision to make sure guests are comfortable, kitchen utensils are provided, this is right on the beach, and Dan and annette made me feel like family.
i miss it already, 5 stars!
