This SPACIOUS apartment has 140 square meters approx + and TERRACES of 300 square meters .
At just a FEW STEPS from one of the LARGEST SANDY and crystalline water BEACHES of the island, Platja de Palma,
Its maximum capacity is 6 or 8 people. We have TWO APARTMENTS in the SAME BUILDING with capacity UP TO 6 / 8 people each one.

Located at only 5 minutes from the airport and close to a motorway connecting it to the main towns of the island, Platja de Palma is the perfect base for exploring every corner of the island.
The apartments are at 20 meters Away from one of the largest sandy and crystalline water beaches of the island.

The description of the apartment on the net was quite accurate. The location is excellent very close to the sea, although traffic noise was a bit loud, particularly at night. All the furniture, equipment etc. was as promised. Air-conditioning would have been nice, as it was very hot, but the mobile fans did quite a good job. All in all we were happy with everything.

We found the apartment really spacious and clean. It had a large terrace and was really close to the beach. It's location also meant it was easy to get to Palma and other nearby towns without being in the centre of everything. There were also plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket nearby. Parking was easy and free outside the apartment (definitely recommend hiring a car to see the island) but there were also buses going from outside the apartment to Palma.

We had a great stay - Valentina was really helpful and very accommodating. The apartment was very functional, clean and close (20 metres) to the beach.
