My family and I stayed in a3 and it was beautiful. This building in nicely located on the beach 1 block off 5 ave. the beach has fine soft sand. We had a tropical storm one night and the next morning they had men out cleaning the debris off the beach. There is a small area of rock on the beach but we just went in the water to the right of it. The pool is small but when the ocean is 40 ft away, who cares.
The condo has 3 bedrooms with 4 queen size beds that aren't terribly hard. We always had bottled water, never ran out. We never ran out of hot water and we had 5 women showering and 1 guy!
We had 2 young adults that like the night life and that was only 2 blocks down 5 ave. some people complained online about the noice from Fusion but it didn't bother us any.
The guard at the gate was always helpful with bags or groceries. The pool guy was good too, he would come out to beach and set up chairs and umbrellas. Staff from fusion would walk through and serve us at our chairs, we didn't even need to go to the restaurant.

I stayed in unit a3 and loved everything about the condo. It was spacious and well stocked. I was pleasantly suprised to see how much was included in the condo. It came stocked with paper towels, washing powders for the dish washer and the washing machine. It was replaced several times throughout the week.There was a Vonage phone in the unit which came in handy a couple of times.
The view from the condo was great. We could see the pool and the beach from the balcony and the roof top terrace. Each room in the condo had a there own thermostat for the a/c.
The beach in front of the condo was clean, soft sand and pretty blue water. It was easy entry into the water. There is a small area with a few rocks but you can easily walk to either side of the rocks to enter the water. There was not any large beach shelf to get to the water like in most places in Playa Del Carmen. The guy who works the beach and sets up the chairs was very friend and helpful. He even delivered food and drinks from Fusion.
The pool was a nice beach from infiniti pool which was heated to a pleasant temp. We spent a lot of days swimming in the warm pool. :)
The condo is centrally located in Playa Del Carmen. There are many great restaurants and bars with in a couple min walk. Also Fusion next door has fire dancers everynight on the beach which you can watch from the beach in front of the condo.
We rented directly from the owner and he was great to work with and will be renting from him again for our trip next year. -

This is a very comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. The whole complex is well laid out so that each unit has a wonderful view. A3 has the penthouse roof which is great in the mornings and evenings with a hammock to relax. We were close enough to the action on the beach and 5th ave but the unit is situated mid way between both so the late night noise is dampened. I probably could not stay in the unit directly on the beach as Fusion, the haunt next door, plays music every night. Its great to be close but at least in the front room its quite at night with a fan on. They even have thin foam toppings on the mattresses which is a must-have for me (and I stole my son's to make a slightly thicker layer). Thats my only problem with the beds in Playa and Cozumel--they kill my hips. Anyway the rental staff met us finally after our fifth day but she tried her best to catch us. A very pleasant person who would have been happy to help us if we needed anything. An all around classy place to stay in Playa.

Our unit is very classy, comfortable and has a great view and location. I would highly reccomend a stay here. We had access to great beach, food, music and shopping. I felt totally safe and pampered...cleaning staff was excellent.
The rooftop is beyond words...we had a dinner for 20 up there and were totally comfortable!!! Love it, love it, love it! -

We received maid service every other day, the only thing I can say is that they don't sweep every where they should. We loved the condo and the location, I could'nt play my I pod but that was o.k. Maybe you should have instructions on how to do that.

Luna Encantada is amazing. The staff is gracious and very helpful.
A number of our friends and family rented other condos at the same time. I rented A-3 with my family. My family and I liked A-3 the best! It definitely had the most kitchen gadgets, and a great view.
The complex is right on the beach and is very close to lots of shopping, great restaurants, and clubs.
I would stay here again any day!
