The condo comes fully-loaded with flat screen tv, dvd player, surround sound, washer and dryer, dish washer, jacuzzi tub and private terrace. No expense has been spared in decorating this gorgeous condo. Famous 5th Avenue is less than 2 blocks away and the beach only a short 10 minute walk away. Quadra Alea is a very quiet complex with solid construction and windows and doors that hide any outside noise.

El lugar esta súper bien ubicado a una cuadra de la 5 av. El servicio es de primera los condominios son hermosos pero el departamento esta lo máximo súper buen gusto, muy cómodo y elegante ufff me encanto. Súper recomendable no te vas arrepentir. La alberca esta deliciosa y tranquila te puedes asolear muy agusto y refrescarte a la vez.

Fantastic one bedroom apartment to a very high standard
I was looking for a nice place to spend my vacation and the place really fullfill over my expectations. I am really grateful for giving me this option. It's the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a short walking distance.

Our rented Condo Kaan #204 was very comfortable, modern clean and quiet. The double window blinds in the bedroom worked very well keeping the bright PDC sunlight out. The pool was great, salt water cleaned and treated daily and about the only small complaint I could say about this beautiful Condo complex was the lack of chairs by the pool, but that was during Holy week, lots of tourists. Also the delivery of bottled water for only 5$ was appreciated,we would definetely go back to this lovely home away from home.
