Paraiso is a great place to stay to get away from it all. Great location near the newer part of 5th ave. Right on the waterfront. We spent so much time up on the roof. Would stay here again! We will recommend this property to friends and family.

We love playa and the north end of town is quiet but close enough to enjoy 5th. The place was very well outfitted for our needs and really served us well. We will definitely be back!

Group of seven, four adults and 3 garden gnomes. Met the guys on a 2 1/2 week trip back in the fall of 2008, remembered they offered rental services, booked a few condos for a 22 day trip July-Aug '09, great price, very accomodating. First place was good, great location for walking 5th ave and close to the beach club, but noisy renters in other rooms had us looking for a different location by the end of the first week. We should thanks those noisy jerks since the new condos were 5 star beauties, simply awesome!!!! Private roof top terraces, brand new penthouse suites, private roof top pool, just awesome. Great fit and finish, nice quiet location, just a quick cab ride to down town. No I won't say where it is, my secret. MINE!!!:)
Matt & Alan went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay, no all inclusives for us again, renting will be the way to go and will use North American Standards exclusively with service like this. Will also use NAS for maintaining my condos when I purchase a few in the area in the next year or two, if the Mrs will let me.
Great job guys, thanks a million, will see you in the new year during the winter and a month long stay again in the summer. We still owe you two at least another good dinner, make it expensive this time:) Or at least let me put on another wicked bbq feast.

We stayed at one of the units for over a month in June/July 2009, we experienced an excellent service provided by the management team of Matt and Alan.
The location was incredible to say the least, we could hear the waves on one side and the birds on the other side.
The home we stayed at was a dream, we enjoyed the size of the unit, quality of construction material, view to the ocean, the large penthouse roof top with its own swimming pool and terrace, the furnishing and the interior decor.
The beautiful Casa del Mar was located a few minutes from the busy streets of Playa del Carmen were you can enjoy the vibrant setting of the touristic area, yet it allowed us to relax in a quite neighborhood that felt like home.
