Welcome to Penthouse Turquesa, which is proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Penthouse Turquesa is a spacious top-level condo that has been professionally decorated.

This oceanside retreat boasts gorgeous paintings on the walls, flat-screen televisions in the master bedroom and living room, a large balcony with ocean views that spans the whole length of the condo and a private roof deck complete with an outdoor shower, Jacuzzi, hammock and private access to the common rooftop pool.

For your safety, this unit is equipped with surveillance cameras at the entrance and on the balcony.

The Casa del Mar condos sit right next to the beach and are a short five-minute walk from Playa's bohemian Fifth Avenue with its endless options of boutique, restaurants and sidewalk cafes. Response from the manager Thank you for your review. The Jacuzzi works but there is no internal heating element to keep the water hot so it's more like a jetted tub. As for the sofa bed we need to know ahead of time if you are going to be using it as the sheets and pillow we store in a locked maid's closet. However we are happy you enjoyed your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
