The condo was great and working with allen made it even better. He offered some great advice and was very attentive to our needs and questions. Although the walking did us good if we go back we might look for something a little closer to the pedestrian area of 5th avenue. All in all a great vacation and a great rental experience thanks to North american Standards.

Five of us stayed at this condo for a long weekend in March. It was more than we all expected. Very personal and away from all of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the center(15 min walk). Spacious, private, and very comfortable. We were 5 adults but kids or another adult would have fit fine (the place is huge!). The beach in front was quiet and a good place to get a tan or swim. We really loved the rooftop pool and beds. One thing we wished we could do was fill up the hot tub. It wasn't holding water (but then again we didn't spend a lot of time trying to make it work). I recommend this to a family or group of people looking for a rental. Also, the rental company was really nice and helpful. They welcomed us with a note and goodies. We would all go back.
