Additional Location Information

This really is a great location where you can walk to an un-crowed section of prime beach with plenty of sand one minute from your condo. For a stroll, take a left and head north, past the all inclusive resort to Playa's deserted northern beach, or head the other direction, beach combing your way down to surfline to Mamitas and Tukan beach clubs in about 7 minutes. From there either mingle with the multitudes of sun worshipers or walk west up the hill to "Little Italy" (Playa del Carmen's newest section, north of Avenida Constituyentes), or stay on the beach and keep going all the way south to central Playa's main beach with its full menu of restaurants, beach bars, gift shops and water sport activities. Of course there's far more to Playa then beach combing. Also nearby, about 10 minutes walking, is Quinta Avenida (5th Av. and Calle Corazon), Playa del Carmen's principal pedestrian promenade with all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, and great people watching night or day.

  Natz Ti Ha is our home away from home. We love it here!! All the condos are nice, the security is great, the staff exceptional. Mechanical problems, if occurr, get dealt with promptly. Love the location to town, beach, pool. Casa anatoli is great as a 3 bedroom, all the rooms spread out enough for privacy. Appreciate the welcome touches of toothpaste, shampoo and bottle of wine!

  I cannot recommend this rental highly enough! It is beautifully furnished - including a full kitchen & nice grill. The 3 bedrooms all have their own baths and amble closet/storage space. The condo's location is ideal - you can easily walk to the Quinta, yet it is far enough away to be quiet. There are some nice bars and restaurants even closer - within a block or two. The condo staff were also very professional and helpful.

  Natz Ti Ha - The Place to Stay

  We loved everything about it! 1/2 block from the beach; 1 block from down
  town; grocery store near by; massages on the beach for a very inexpensive
  fee; warm ocean; lovely weather - and a fabulous place to lay our head at
  night.
  We actually cooked in quite a bit. There was a lovely gas grill on the patio
  and everything we needed in the kitchen.
  I loved staying in these private condos where there wasn't a bar at the pool.
  It was much quieter and relaxing. Everything we needed for the beach was
  provided: chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie board, even loungers. And the 3
  bedroom, 3 bath condo was clean, decorated so nice, and plenty of room for 3
  couples. Housekeeping came in once during the week, but there was always
  someone available to help us or give us directions or instructions.

  The staff were very helpful when need be. The condo had all the amenties we needed. One down side was we had problems with the water pressure in the showers........HOT water was ample. The location was just as the write ups state.......VERY close to the beach. The pool area was clean and the pool temp was just right! My biggest complaint, no fault of the rental, was the weather..we missed out on 1/2 of our vacation sun due to tropical storm Ida.
