The condo is in a small and private complex, only half a block from the beach. The location is excellent: in two minutes you are on the beach, on 3 minutes on the 5th avenue where you´ll find all restaurants and shops. There are several diving shops nearby, a convenience store half a block away, restaurants and bars very near.This is downtown Playa del Carmen, no need for taxis or bus, all is within 5 minutes walking. Explore Playa at ease and in all security. You can safely walk during day and night. Should you wish to explore surroundings the bus station is only 3 blocks away. You are really in the heart of Playa.
Playa is a charming little town with gorgeous beaches, where you can relax and enjoy beautiful weather, walk around, discover little streets, great restaurants, incredible shopping, super fun night-life.
Around Playa there are man places to discover, nature Parks like Xcaret, only 10 mn by bus, or Xelha, an amazing nature wonder coverted in a fun and safe water park to be with nature, swim, play and have fun as you learn about the habitat.
The Mayan Ruins are no to miss, Tulum, Coba, Chichen Itza, all within one day trip.

We found the Blue Pearl Suites on-line, (the first time we've done that for a vacation) and were very pleasantly surprised!!! If you want to be "Right in the Middle" of Playa, this is it!! Julio and his staff were fantastic!! 2 minutes to the beach one way, 2 minutes the other direction and your on 5th ave. Julio was great with advice for day trips, where to go for a massage, and places to dine out. I love cooking and Walmart was a short walk with a great selection. The room was clean and well maintained. If you need anything, just ask Julio and he'll make it happen. This year we went for 8 nights, next year were already booked for 9 nights and can't wait to get back and relax!! I will mention the music at night...close your sliding doors, A/C on and No Problem. This is definitely in the Heart of Playa and we loved it!!!
