Beautiful luxury apartment at an affordable price. Reasonably priced and located in the "Vanessa" condo, in the heart of town and just steps from the beach. Why stay at an expensive hotel, when you can have your own private place for less?
Our luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located only 3 blocks from the Royal Cannibal beach club, Barrakuda diving center and 2 blocks from the word famous Fifth Avenue. You also have a convenience store right around the corner, a "cervecerÃa" (beer shop) and a local fruit, vegetable and juice shop just across the street.

This is the 2nd time we've rented Regina's apartment and have to say this time was even better than the 1st.
The apartment is clean and comfortable with all the things you need for a great vacation. The location really is ideal, with Coco beach (the best beach Imho) a short walk away. At your fingertips, are fresh fruit/veggie, taqueria and cerveza shops, pizza Italia is really close (we would pick up a few slices on the way to the beach) and the laundry lady. And, if you want to head into town, "La Quinta" or 5th is a nice few block walk.
For those people who worry about their safety, we never felt that to be an issue. We walked at all hours of the day and night and not once did we ever feel nervous or anxious! There were even a couple of times that I walked on my own without my husband and again, I had no worry for my safety.
We are so glad we have found Regina's apartment as it's a perfect fit for us and we will go back again as often as we can! -

I Love Regina's Place !
A very nice home away from home ~ clean, cozy and well-kept , fully equiped , tastefully furnished rooms and great kitchen with a big lounge. Also Regina is a kind, helpful person ! The apartment has a perfect location , 5 min walk to a beautiful beach and bars, restaurants, shops on the main street of Playa del Carmen.
I had a happy time there and only can reccomend it !!!

This was the perfect place for us to escape to as the winter back home i Seattle was just starting to sink in! This was our first time renting out a condo as apposed to staying in a hotel, and definitely won't be the last thanks to our experience. The Condo was modern and we had everything that would make our stay comfortable. Also one block up is a groceries store, and a few blocks down is the beach. On the way down walking towards the beach you'll find two fabulous autentic local's restaurant, perfect place for a late brunch before hitting the beach! If you want stay in a night and have romantic dinner or barbeque, the roof top offers it all. I'd recommend this place to my friends and plan on staying here again soon. If you like to be away from the turists' jam and combine your vacation with actually learning more about the locals and the Mexican societie's paradox this place is a perfect choice.

After the third time in Playa del Carmen paying lots of money to stay in hotels on 5th, we decided this time to rent an apartment. We didn't regret it. This apartment is located close to the beach and 5th avenue, but there is more to it. This apartment gives you the experience of the real Playa, living close to locals. The apartment was clean and modern. We loved the roof deck where we could enjoy barbeque nights.

El apartamento es muy amplio, cómo y funcional. Excelente ubicación ya que permite tener cerca la playa y al mismo tiempo disfrutar un poco del folklore del pueblo con acceso a tiendas, frutería, etc. en los alrededores. Salida directa a los mejores clubs de Playa. Disfrutamos tanto del lugar que hemos repetido la estadía en dos ocasiones y con certeza volveremos a repetir!

Firstly we would like to thank Regina and Vanessa for such an enjoyable 3 week stay at Condo Vanessa.
We found the location to be excellent for us. Just around the corner you can get fresh OJ and cold cervezas, the laundry lady is just down the block, Sorianna for your groceries a few blocks away and most importantly the beach is just a short walk away. We loved the neighbourhood as it is quiet and safe and the people all very friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again. -

Great, fully-equipped apartment in a perfect
location:
- fruit shop just round the corner which sells
every exotic fruit imaginable, as well as freshly
squeezed fruit juice
- grocery stores just round the corner too
- internet café just round the corner
- just a 10-minute walk from glorious beaches with
warm water, gorgeous views, great atmosphere,
facilities for snorkeling, diving, fishing, etc
- for more atmosphere, the 5th Avenue of Playa del
Carmen, "la Quinta" is a 5-minute walk away where
you can find every type of restaurant possible - we
went for the local cuisine, namely Mexican food and
Maya food - as well as beach parties, clubs, shops,
etc
- you can rent a car or get taxi rides around town
for only 20 pesos (about 1 euro)
- we decided to make the most of the beaches and
the sea, but there are also Maya ruins nearby in
Tullum, Coba, and one the "Wonders of the World":

This apartment and all the amenities are new and so is the furniture!, the owner was very helpful and the service was great.
we love that the location is not in the tourist area since we can get local prices we bought fresh fruit, juices and empanadas every morning in the corner and in the evening there is a taco stand, all you need is there in less than a block.
Is so close from coco beach and the 5th.
We were able to sleep 7 very comfortable. This is a great place for long and short stay.
