Rental fees
- Damage Deposit - $500 - Security Deposit - Refundable (given that there are no losses or damages to the unit or its contents)
- Extra Cleanings - $30 / day - Fee - The rental amount includes a cleaning before and after your stay. If you would like to arrange for extra cleanings, you may do so. For monthly rentals, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning at guest's expense.
Additional notes from owner
Ask about discounts for extended stays (more than four weeks)! Electricity is included within rental amount up to 100 kwh per week. For monthly rentals, electricity is a separate charge. We also give discounts on fishing and snorkeling excursions...ask about a combination package for fishing and lodging!

I have visited Playa with my husband several times now and this is our favorite place to stay. I am a photographer and absolutely adore all the artistic, decorator touches in the condo. It has always been impeccably clean and every amenity we could possibly need is available. The owners go above and beyond what is expected to make sure that their guests have a wonderful stay. It is especially nice having the big kitchen, dining and living area so that we can prepare breakfast, snacks and the occasional dinner when we just want a cozy night in for a change. The beds are comfy, the showers are enormous, and there is lots of room to spread out. The pool is especially nice for when we don't feel like heading to the beach. But, when we do want a beach day one of the prettiest stretches is within easy walking distance, as are many restaurants, bars, etc. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be returning yet again!

From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived, every detail was taken care of! As agreed upon during pre-arrival emails, we met Mimi at her condo. From there, we didn't have to worry about anything- Mimi had already thought of it all. We were given bikes, a cell phone, a folder full of local menus, sights and maps. There were even snacks and cold beers waiting in the fridge. The condo is absolutely spectacular! Beautifully decorated- we were ready to move in. We immediately felt comfortable as Mimi made sure that were knew that while in Playa Del Carmen, her house was our house. Wanting to waste no time, we dropped our luggage and were pointed in the direction of the beach which was only a 10 minute walk. Everything we could ever want was so close- the location of this condo couldn't be more perfect. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a beautiful place, great location and a property owner/manager that has taken care of every detail !
