This was the second time we have stayed at Xaman Ha condos. This condo was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for our family of five. Condo was well maintained and the staff is wonderful! Views are breath taking. Plenty to do in the area within walking distance or taxis. You can even walk across the street to your very own ruins! The pool and beach areas are fantastic! For midday snack, I suggest swimming up to the pool bar and trying the homemade guacamole, made fresh in front of you! The daily pool bar drink specials are great as well!! For dining, I recommend eating away from 5th avenue and experience local food at its finest! We hardly eat in the tourist area and never have issues and the prices are better. We ask the locals for suggestions and haven't been steered wrong yet!. For something different, I do recommend the restaurant at the resort entrance, Xulam. Food, atmosphere and service are excellent. We will definitely be back for a third visit!

Top notch operation, great customer service, the rental unit is just as described couldn't have asked for anything more. Great location, easy access to Cozumel, 5th ave, and quick road to the highway to get to Cancun, or Tulum.

Most beautiful and conveniently located complex in Playa. Close enough to walk to all the action, restaurants, and shopping you want, but far enough away that you feel safe and secluded. The little bar at the pool was open this year with very reasonable prices and a great happy hour and the guy that works it (can't think of his name) was wonderful and fun! The blender quit working one day and it was quickly replaced with a new one. The management also stopped by a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. We will definitely be back!

Door loose on the fridge? Ac that's so loud you can't run it at night. We've stayed here multiple years but can't in good conscience give this property a good review.

Nice unit with a good view of the pool and ocean. The complex was great. It is within walking distance to downtown, nice deep sandy beach in front of the complex. The staff at the complex was excellent. There is a full time security officer although you are required to wear a wrist band. He did allow us to take the pool furniture down onto the sand to enjoy the ocean. The desk clerk was very helpful with planning activities. House cleaning was also excellent. While the the unit is advertised without internet we were able to pickup a wifi signal from the balcony. The unit was in good shape but was starting to show some wear and tear.

Nice 2nd floor unit allowed for Great ocean views. Double balcony was a plus.
I wish unit did not have wall unit aC as they were a bit noisy but did work fine. Most of the time keeping the patio door open was all that was needed with the nice ocean breezes.
