The condo is very spacious and well laid out. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds were great! We enjoyed the balcony and the view is probably one of the best in Playa del Carmen. Xaman Ha is an excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, and the golf course. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and professional, they make you feel truly welcome. The only thing that I would like to see upgraded would be sofa which was not very comfortable. But all in all, we feel it's the best place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

The service and location were fantastic. We didn't need a car. We were one resort down from the main street where all the shopping/food, and the pier to go to Cozumel were located. The shops/restaurants went on for miles! When we arrived we wanted to get right on the beach, so the lady at the desk gave us the code for the door to our condo and we didn't have to go to the office to check in until the next morning! The valet grabbed 2 of our 50 pound suitcases and started almost running for our condo - we could hardly keep up with him empty-handed (he knew we wanted to get on the beach)! Very nice staff. They were always available to help or answer questions. There are more stairs than you would think to a second floor condo though, so if stairs are an issue, this would not be the unit for you. No elevator. The condo was very clean, the drinking water supplied, it was air conditioned and everything worked great. The view was even better than the pictures! The unit has a cooktop (no oven), a microwave and a refridgerator. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. We had plenty of sleeping space for the 6 of us. There were beach chairs you could use and boogey boards to check out. The Walmart is within about a 20 min. walk, but too far to walk with many purchases. A cab ride was only 5 usd per person. The pool bar was a little pricey, but not any more than going to any other bar and buying drinks. We just made our own and brought them down to the beach. There were also burgers - very good. There is also a convenience store almost directly across the street that you can buy soda, beer and essentials like bread, etc... They don't have fresh milk anywhere down there though, so if you like milk, you will be drinking it from a vaccuum-packed unrefridgerated carton. Also, food was very expensive if you eat out. If you fix meals in the condo it is much cheaper. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would definately stay again!

This was a great place, great location. Close to Playa del Carmen but away from the noisy beach areas. We felt very safe here. I have been to Xaman-Ha before it would definitely come back.

Our family stayed in Xaman Ha condo 7214 for nearly three weeks in January. We have stayed in condos in Playa del Carmen for a number of years, renting from different property managers and this experience was by far the best experience we have had. From our initial inquiry, right through our stay, Janina is a true professional. Emails were always answered promptly. Once we arrived, we were very happy with the service and communication with everyone associated with the management company, they were all friendly and very helpful! As for the condo itself, we can't say enough good things about it! It was nicely decorated, homey and had everything we could need to make our vacation perfect. The maids did a super job and our condo was always spotless. The condo is on the top floor and has an amazing view. The condo complex was well tended and it was nice having visible security around the clock. The condo is located about a two minute walk from Playa del Carmen, but is far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this condo and the management company if you are looking for a fantastic, stress free vacation.

The service has been very attentive without being invasive of our privacy. The maid was available when we needed her and, returning to the condo, we where always greeted by some sculptured towel at times adorned with tiny colorful flowers...
The condo was large and confortable. The king size bed in the master bed room provided needed rest to the sound of the ocean wawes, only 200 feet away! Cozumel island at night was a line of lights to the horizon, very well visible from the ample terraces. Less romantic but very much helpful was the washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
Situated only 300 feet from 5th avenue, the main drag,restaurants, dancing and shopping area, the condo is enjoing an unusual and completely peaceful atmosphere. Being located inside a fully private area,guarded 24 hours a day,provided us a natural feeling of protection. The condo turned out to be a very convenient starting point to visit all Mayan ruins, cenotes, theme parks etc. For golf lovers like us, the Playacar golf course, less than a mile awway, provided a stunning and challenging opportunity to sharpen our skill. The course, winding thru a luxurious tropical forest, with wild and peaceful animals appearing anytime, has been a unique experience.
