We have been going to Mexico for over 10 years, and we first found Natz ti Ha several years ago. It was managed by different people then, but we enjoyed our stay. We've gone back again the past 2 years in a row, both times staying in Casa Del Rio. The condo itself is not superbly decorated (with the exception of the smaller bedroom which has a mural of the beach that is to die for!), and it actually has a more French wine country theme than Mexican - however, the balcony out into the garden more than compensates! You walk out the large sliding doors into a virtual garden of paradise. Mike, who now manages the units, even showed us a banana tree we had hanging right above us. And I can happily say we had no problems with insects whatsoever. When you can pull yourself off the patio - the walk to the beach is very easy - and the beach is gorgeous, the water bright blue and delightful, and there are not a ton of beachgoers. No need for rock shoes either. Mike and his wife Sue were wonderful hosts, and anytime we had a question, they had an answer. Mike even helped us to navigate the carts in the center of Playa where we had been wanting to go for breakfast for years, but were always too intimidated. I'm only sorry we didn't do that sooner on our vacation. We did however, eat breakfast almost everyday at nearby Cueva Del Chango, and it too is delightful (although we did need bug spray eating outside there). The kitchen is fully equipped too! The one trade-off with this unit is that you do not have views of the ocean. However, on more than one occasion we went to the roof for cocktails after a day at the beach, and we could see far and wide from there. Not having to walk up stairs with groceries or beach chairs was a decision we did not regret! We like being at this end of Playa, which is a little more European and relaxed. I can't recommend Natz Ti Ha enough. Go and you will enjoy it, and when you are there say hi to Mike and Sue from Leigh and Bob in NJ!

For the past three years my famil has travelled to Mexico and stayed all three timesw at Natz Ti Ha. To us it feels like coming home. The condos are all well maintained, cleaned and furnished. We loved that Casa Del Rio was located at the pool level and that is so awesome for many reasons. It's so easy for the kids to run back and forth to the pool, easy access to the beach and great for moving in and moving out.I tell all of my friends about Natz Ti Ha and in particular about Casa Del Rio- We love it!!!

Natz ti Ha has a very friendly envirnoment and the complex is very convenient to get to the bech, shopping, activities and restaurants. Casa del Rio offers a comfortable atmosphere with a tropical feel. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you want to do. The bedrooms are roomy with good closet space and the bathrooms are great. We love the main floor patio area for reading, eating and entertaining. Great beach area about 1/2 block from unit. Excellent restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

This is a paradise vacation destination. The accomodations are superb, nicely furnished, you can cook a gourmet meal with the well equipped kitchen! I loved the gardens, trees and running water right outside the door. Great privacy and so beautiful. You can enjoy the outdoor pool just steps from the condo or you are just steps away from the beautiful ocean with miles of cool white sand. The color of the ocean is unforgettable. Every night is a dining experience if you choose to walk down 5th avenue. There are hundreds of delicious restaurants to choose from. I will definitely be planning a trip back!!
