Deposits: Vimex Vacation Rentals asks for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. Our group of travelers had been to Mexico's Playa Del Carmen a few times before, sometimes in hotels, sometimes in condos. Nazti-Ha was by far our favourite place to stay. Even prettier than the pictures, this condo was close to all amenities while also being far enough away from noise and traffic for peaceful sleeps and glorious sun filled mornings. The staff dealing with everything from booking the rental to arriving and having helpful tips about our condo and surrounding area including the security guards were exceptional and definitely made this trip top notch! To say we loved this place is an understatement...we will be returning for sure every year !

The condo at Natz Ti Ha room F301, owners Ruth and Emel Collins, is awesome! The view of the beach is amazing! I sat on the balcony in the mornings drinking my coffee. The condo is very comfortable, very roomy, beautiful accents, with washer and dryer, tv in 2 of the rooms. Plenty of linens, dishes, etc. Beautiful pool on the grounds. A very short walk to the beach and to great shopping and restaurants (on famous 5th avenue). There are so many great restaurants at Playa del Carmen it is hard to pick-from local food to Italian, all were reasonably priced and very good. And the shopping along 5th avenue was a shopper's dream-clothing, art, unique jewelry, purses, and prescription medications that can be bought very cheaply at the "pharmacias". The condo is gated with 24 hour security. You must make this your next vacation-family or romantic getaway!

My week in Playa del carmen was awesome. Location of this condo was ideal. Enjoyed the beach clubs nearby, as well as, visiting Mayan ruins, shopping and eating at the awesome restaurants within walking distance from the condo. The condo was very spacious. We were a group of 5 women and never felt crowded. The showers were huge. Will want to come back here soon.
