this places is one of the best condo i've stayed, very close of shopping/restaurant area in playa del carmen, nightclubs also you can walk and take a bus to cancun or isla mujeres, streets are very safe during all day and night, you can get groceries from the supermarket that is just one block away, the condo is very comfortable, clean, and it has aC.
I would stay here every time and totally recommend this place. -

Mycket fin lägenhet, hög standard och nära till centrum. Området kändes väldigt säkert och det fanns en livsmedelsaffär precis intill.
Kan rekommendera lägenheten vi hyrde, passar både familjer och vänner. -

Went to Playa del Carmen for two weeks and stayed at this place. The condo is located a couple of blocks away fromt he 5 ave, the main street in Playa, and from Coco Bongo, it is very safe, and behind it there is a Super Market. The agency was very nice, gave us a mobile phone and the place was very clean when we arrived. The condo has a a/C. I totally recommend this place.

i definitely recommend this place to stay. It is affordable, clean, near beaches, restaurants, nightlife,supermarkets. Easy to take ferry to cozumel or buses ( one block away) to cancun, isla mujeres, chichen itza,,, etc.. perfect location.

My wife and I took the bad decision last June to stay 3 weeks in that place with this agency. Indeed, first of all the flat was in dirty condition, the sofa were black dusty, the mattresses smelled urina and sudation, to cook at first we had nothing but broken and burnt fried pans and sauce pans, broken plastic plates. Some cables are coming out the walls, the door of the room does not close, the fridge was destroyed too with no light. Then, we suffered a flood in one of the 2 bedrooms, water coming from the upper floor ! About the condo, the pool water was dirty too (the filters are not in use), chairs destroyed, it was noisy with younster listening loud music day and night. Moreover, from the air condition system we smelt cigarette smoke as if someone was smoking in the room !
The agency after our complaints clean the mattresses and the sofas 10 days later but always saying that it was cheap (650 dollars for 3 weeks in low season)! If we knew that way of thinking, we would have certainly preferred to pay more but to have something decent ! At last, when we left the agency GovacationMaya told us that they lost the deposit (400€) ! We had to insist to get it back !!! Never again, a real nightmare !

Hola Maurice, thank you for your comment, good or bad they are part of the business and I agree with it. Nevertheless it would be important to place the situation in context. First you walk in my office and you saw the condo before you rent it and I remember telling you it got very busy all winter and it need a few things so you knew there was a few thing wrong but like you said to me; anyhow it’s a great deal and I take it…it took 10 days to clean the couch because it took you one week to report and ask me and then 2 days later we steam clean beds and couch. You were missing a few things, cooking pan, plates and a safe…we went the next days to buy and install it… you even trick my concierge telling him I told you cleaning were every week when I told you clearly “in French” you and I are French… cleaning is not included… Finally you say in you comment if you knew you would’ve paid more, why did you not tell me that before? You told me it was the maximum you could pay was $30/night… this is the price of a youth hostel!!!
It kind of reminds me to a partner I had a few years ago in Toronto that always used to tell me. pay peanut, get a monkey

Rinconada del Sol offers rentals at perfect locations. We stayed merely a few blocks a way from the beach, yet away from the noisy commotion of the main town. There was easy access to grocery stores as well as authentic places to eat. The people were helpful and overall we felt very safe and comfortable. The location is perfect if you are looking for a mixture of traditional Mexican with a combination of foreign interaction. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and practical to our needs (ie, cooking, washing, etc)
