High-end spacious penthouse condo located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, close to Supermarkets, Beach Clubs, and the famous Quinta (5th) Avenida.
Step distance from several delicious restaurants and open bars and lounges.
The condo has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. An ideal space for 10 people.
The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2 other bedrooms each have 2 double beds, and every room is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The private sun deck has a Jacuzzi, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. Common nice pool.

Veronica and team took care of us from the moment we arrived. They arranged van service with car seats for small children round trip from the airport in Cancun. Uriel met us at the condo and got us settled. Groceries were around the corner at the full service Mega superstore where we got everything for our stay. The pool and amenities were beautiful and in excellent condition. The security guard made sure we were Secure. The condo was big and lovely. Perfect for a family of 5 with small kids. Safe and comfortable and gorgeous. Location is great. Walking distance to 5th ave full of restaurants, shops and the beach. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Our family rented this amazing condo twice for family reunions. Perfect, safe, gated, modern & walking distance to all amenities. 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms allowed privacy for everybody. Large balcony, sun terrace gave extra room to enjoy outdoors. Internet,safe,phone washer & dryer included. 1 block from Mega, grocery store for 1 stop shopping. Plan to return again soon. Highly recommend this affordable condo for others to enjoy.

Three of us stayed in this apartment and it's location was great, close to all amenities including a large supermarket and the main shopping/dining strip, but away from any noise. We had plenty of room and privacy, and the facilities in the apartment and complex were great, but the kitchen could do with a bit of an upgrade - the shelves on the wall were a hazard! Francesca sorted out our booking and also gave us plenty of info to help us out before we arrived. We even had a transfer to and from the airport thrown in. Our concierge Uriel was always very obliging and helpful, and the maids did a great job too. Playa del Carmen is a great place to visit and we would highly recommend it as a holiday destination. We would love to come back!!! We would also use GoVacationMaya as our agents again.

We had a amazing time at this condo. We had our 14 month with us and he loved the pool and the condo was walking distance from resturants, shopping and the beach. We would stay here again and plan to!!!

The property was excellent. Better than expected. Sometimes you don't get what you see on the internet, but not with this property. Pierre and his staff at Go Vacation Maya are great to deal with and Pierre really goes above and beyond with his service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and be a repeat customer.

Condo Peregrina c-304 is in a terrific location within walking distance to all the action (beach, stores, restaurants and nightlife) but quiet enough for a good nights sleep. We loved this comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation. We stayed with two other couples and loved the private rooftop deck as well as the shared pool for chilling out after a day in town or at the beach. Would definately recommend this rental for couples or a family as there is ample space!

My wife and I stayed in this condo with two other couples for the week, and I can't think of one thing that hadn't been provided for us. Oh, maybe some more suntan lotion for andros?!
The condo was well laid out, tastefuly decorated, and only blocks to 5th avenue and that beautiful beach!
If anyone is looking for accomodations on the Mayan Riviera... this is the place. We will be back! -

Myself & my spouse stayed at Peregrina C304 for 3 weeks in 2010.
Govacationmaya looked after all the details upon my arrival & thru out my vacation. The unit has is in a great location being close to shopping, 5th avenue & the beach.
Great having a 3 bedroom unit & penthouse to have guests come visit & entertaining friends. Planning to book again this fall. Enjoy!
