Sun Paradise is a modern 12 unit condo complex located on 5th Ave. Bis & Calle 38, just two blocks from Shangri-La Beach, one of the best beaches in the Riviera Maya.
The first floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The open plan kitchen , microwave, refrigerator and beautiful wood cabinetry. There are two bedrooms; one has 2 twin beds and the other has a King bed. Utility closet with Bosch washer/dryer. Living room with TV, both bedrooms with closet and full "spa" shower. From Sun Paradise you are just steps from the famous Quinta Ave. and the Shangri-La beach, in Playa del Carmen.

Hello, we are a family of 4. We had such a great time in Playa DEL Carmen. From day one, Pierre and his 'Crew' made our days special! The condo is very well located, A few steps from the wonderful beach. Just half block from 5TH aV. There are a couple of delicious restaurants close to the condo. We used to have breakfast every morning at 'Chez Celine', A french bakery! There's also a very good (and not expensive at all) Italian restaurant: 'Como Como' (which we totally recommend). The condo was very clean and quiet, the balcony is so windy, we barely used the a/C! From 1 to 10, our vacations deserve a 10!!!

It's a great place to stay, close to the main avenue, restaurants and beside the beach. Is a pretty quiet place to stay.
I really recomend.
