Immaculate, Bali-style, new construction condo with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with beautiful pool, 6 in-pool beds, 2 jacuzzis, and amenities including gym and game room located in fabulous Playa del Carmen. This is our home too, so we have outfitted it... with all the comforts you can think of. There is a 40 inch 1080 HD TV in the living area, complete with Blue Ray DVD and surround sound system. The master bedroom has a 32 inch 1080 HD TV with DVD player. There are separate remotes for both TVs, allowing you to watch American and European channels. The beds have 500 thread count sheets and plenty of pillows. All of the furniture has been custom made. The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal.

Our building is brand new and has the nicest amenities we have seen in Playa. Best pool in Playa...feels like you are in Las Vegas or Miami, with the beds that are lounging in the pool, or hang out in the wading area. There are six in-pool beds, covered lounge chairs, 2 jacuzzis, pool table, Foosball, poker table, gym, trash chute and ELEVATOR (you know these things are important if you have stayed anywhere else!) You can walk to everything. There are other lounging and entertainment areas situated around the beautifully landscaped ground as well as WIFI throughout the complex.

If you want to hang out at the condo, you can relax on the balcony with seating and beautiful plants and vines filled with flowers to watch the pool activity from above. A complementary cell phone is provided. The condo has 24 hour security. Weekly maid service is included also in the price. Ramps in building. Minimum Age Limit for Renters.

We are located close to Mamitas Beach and Kool and Carnival Royal....by far the best beach clubs to relax, swim in the ocean or the pool, eat a burrito, and be served your favorite cold drink. We are at the end of Playa which has the best restaurants. We also have room service for coffee, salads, & sandwiches from the comfort of your condo phone.

You may want to reconsider cooking when one block away is 5th Ave, a walking pedestrian mall, with hundreds of restaurants. We are located on 34th Street between 10th Ave and 20th Ave, across from the park. There has been a huge growth in restaurants over the past year just at the end of our street and the next block, including La Bodeguita del Medio (Cuban), Chez Celine (French Bakery), Como Como (Mediterranean), Da Gigi (Italian), Aqua Chilies (fresh seafood tacos at great prices),Coffee Cafe (coffee and desserts), Xocolatier (coffees, desserts, salads, and sandwiches), La Portena (Argentinian),Mille Voglie (Italian), Michelandia Sport Bar, Chocolotier Niugatier (French Chocolate Shop), Sala Rosa (Lounge), Dios de la Arena (Bar), Season Bistro (Mediterranean), Club de Cerveza (Bar), Maya Luna (upscale Mexican), Bare Mar (seafood),Luna Maya (upscale Mexican),Drupas 38 (Mediterranean), The Winery (wine shop and restaurant), Reva (juices, healthy options), Origenes (upscale Mexican), Pummarola (Italian), a Juice Bar, Pacha Mama (Mexican),Quinto Cantina (bar), Green Box (bagels, fruit juices, salads), Chitepin (economical Mexican), Disfruita (Juice Bar), Dello Sport (Italian), Patty Putines (pastries), Nikkori (sushi), Aloha Grill (Mexican), Mexican-Biergarden (beer garden), Banana Pizza (pizza), Cava Veintess (wine bar), and several more. It seems that every week there is something new to discover to eat! These are just the ones that are with in 2 blocks! There is a bit of a more upscale, yet local vibe where we are. Not so many tourist shops selling t shirts. This is the area where many expats live and socialize.

I have traveled to Playa 6 of the last 8 years. I discovered Ruben and Jaimais condo. It is simply outstanding. The unit is well appointed with upgraded everything from stainless appliances. The location is fantastic. One and a half blocks to the north end of 5th Ave. And there are great restaurants both east and west on 34th Ave, all within walking distance. The Mega and Sorianan grocery are within walking distance. It is a beautiful condo; well appointed and in the middle of everything. The beach is two blocks away. The grounds of the condo and pool are fantastic and well maintained. The staff at the main desk are most helpful and attentive. It is a great place to spend the winter. Located at the between 10th & 20th on 34th St, A block from 5th Ave, the walking pedestian street in Playa del Carmen, full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and clubs in the prestigious North end of town. The fine white sand between your toes and the beautiful turquiose ocean are only couple blocks. Major Grocery store is only 3.5 blocks

  I am delighted with writing a review for the owners. The place felt like it was our own with all the comforts. It was very ample and well decorated. Wife even got some ideas on what to do back home. Loved the fact that there was a TV in the bedroom and living room. The common areas have Wifi but the owners went a step beyond and installed it in there unit. A must for me since I had to get some work done. Wife loved the fact there were plenty a supermarkets around since she likes to cook. That changed after the 1st few days. There are so many activities in the area, cenotes, aquatic parks, ruins, fishing, golf, swiming with whale sharks or dolphins, etc. The only thing I regret is going down for only one week.

  What an incredible place to stay, everything was perfect, just as promised. Beautifully decorated, clean and pristine. Great pool and great location. Terrific restaurants nearby. The owner's thought of everything, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine to greet us. The maid service was everything anyone could ask for. All in all we were very pleased and can hardly wait to return again.

  We went to Playa with our son and another couple who stayed in the complex a few doors down. By far our condo was much better. The decor seemed like it was done by a professional. The kitchen had much better upgrades than our friends place. The full size washer and dryer made things very easy. Our friends place had a one unit washer dryer which took forever to get the laundry done. The vegetation in the complex and pool made you fell as if you were in paradise. The suite bathrooms were great since it gave us plenty of privacy. We have stayed in Cancun before and Playa has a much nicer feel from the ocean to the people. The restaurants in the area fabulous with great variety. Dealing with the owners felt more like dealing with friends instead of strangers. We loved aguachiles for lunch just a block down and very economical.
