Come share our slice of heaven on Earth at Arena Blanca Condos in Playa del Carmen! Arena Blanca is on 38th St, the beautifully landscaped walkway to Shangri-la and Mamitas Beaches. Literally just a couple minute walk to Shangri-la beach -- one of the most beautiful and serene beaches in Playa. If you want a little more action at the beach, Shangri-la beach is just a few minutes walk to Mamitas and Kool Beach.

I have been to Playa del Carmen many times in the past 20 years, but my most recent stay at arena Blanca was one of the best. The location on the north end of town is ideal. I was close to the beach and the wonderful eating establishments on 5th avenue. I did not have to endure the noise and commotion of the spring break crowd. This was a restful and tranquilo spot with friendly local people to make my stay comfortable. I like to travel alone and this location was safe and quiet, yet there was enough to do nearby. Don't bother with a car - there is a lot within walking distance. I easily hired a taxi from the condo to get to Paamul and the freshwater cenotes. The condo is clean and modern, yet each night I could hear gentle acoustic music wafting in from a nearby restaurant. I would not hesitate to return to arena Blanca.

We look so forward to our stay there in Playa at arena Blanca. It is so well located and a perfect place if you want a trip without worrying about a car. We arrive, then walk everywhere- to shopping, the beach, so many places to eat, the little grocery, etc. Perfect paradise escape from the winter's cold.

Best place in Playa! Clean everything, the staff at arena Blanca work very hard to keep the grounds and condos looking and feeling comfortable! Great location close to 5th, the beach and La Porteña (our favorite place to eat)!
We will absolutely be back! :)
