We got into Playa del Carmen ultra late and all we wanted was to crash. Everything was perfectly prepared for us so we could do just that. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfectly set up for all of our needs. We weren't too far from the beach or 5th avenue and the Mega was within walking distance as well. We never met any of the staff personally, but we had no trouble communicating through email, and they were able to answer all of our questions. We would definitely stay at Pelicanos again!
