"Lotus 5" Amazing 2 bdr condo 2 blocks from ocean!

This 2008 condo is located in a very desired and centrally area of town because of it's proximity to the famous 5th avenue with many restaurants and bars (1/2 block) and to the beautiful white sandy beaches (Mamitas beach club, 2 blocks).

The Lotus stands out because of its unique design. It is a small boutique 10 unit building with security and is professionally managed locally.

You can retreat to the public, but quiet roof top for an unequaled view of Playa Del Carmen and the amazing blue sea. The shared pool also has a patio table, chair set, loungers and beds. A great place to hang out with family or friends!

The condo... is approximately 1,000 square feet of air-conditioned space, with a small balcony. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. The kitchen and bathrooms have stone counter tops and high-end furnishings.

The master bedroom has a custom made queen size bed and a large closet well equipped with shelves, drawers and hanging space. The second bedroom has four single beds, a large closet and it’s own bathroom. The unique arrangement of the beds includes a day bed and bunk beds, one with a pull-out-trundle.

High end furnishings include cushioned couch and chairs, wood kitchen table, coffee table & entertainment center. Also included are a 50 inch Sony LCD HDTV, Blueray/DVD player, wireless internet, satellite television and stereo.

We would like to mention that there is a small bar located on the ground floor of the building. The music from this bar can be heard in the condo, which is located on the 3rd floor.

Beach towels, toys and coolers are available for the beach and are included in the rental. Free wireless internet is also included.

The kitchen has high-end appliances made by GE profile and Bosch. It has everything you need for cooking and preparing drinks or snacks including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, silver wear, glasses cutlery, pans, pots, plates of several sizes and bowls.Read more

  Everything was as it stated on the listing. The condo has prime location to 5th ave. and is very close to the beach. Easy walking distance to everything!!!. The condo is spacious, in very good condition. So happy we stayed here can't wait to go again.
