Xaman Ha is an exceptional complex of 57 oceanfront condos located just a short stroll to 5th Avenue, the ferry pier and other top tourist attractions. All of the units at Xaman Ha are individually owned, managed and maintained. The complex is arranged in a U-shape with the ocean at one end, and all the units have exceptional beach views. Xaman-Ha has a large, beautiful pool, with a covered palapa for shade and swim-up bar, which offers bar and snack service during most of the year. The island of Cozumel sparkles in the distance. Thanks to the owners of the property and Rentals Your Way. This unit is in great shape. Ac was perfect. The beds are expensive and real comfy. The extended double Terrance is nice! The unit's location is in the central building on the second floor. The ocean breeze is refreshing. The staff and security are friendly and helpful. The bar made the best margarita I had. Rentals Your Way made the stay perfect. Tabitha has the patience of a saint, she answered all 28 of my emails, providing accurate responses and advice; being our first family trip, with a 3 and 5 year old, I bombarded her with a lot of questions. I was impressed with every aspect of Xaman-Ha. I don't think there is anything as good in this price range in Playa Del Carmen. I was relived that we picked such a well kept unit in such a great condo.

My husband, 20 month old daugther and I spent 6 nights at Xaman-Ha, unit 7115. We had a great time! The unit was perfect for us... it had everything we needed. The property manager was extremly accomadating - they made sure we had a crib, fresh water and a clean condo! The location was more than we expected. We were right on the beach! The pool was a bonus for my daugher and another 30 second walk, we were on a quiet, beautiful beach. When we didnt feel like eating in or just going out, we walked a minute and were right on 5th ave. where all the restaurants, shops and night life are. The ferry to cozumel was also a minute walk and we were glad we had the opportunity to spend the day in Cozumel. I would highly recommend this condo both to those who want to party or families who want a relaxing vacation. The condo has everything you need and the location is absolutely perfect!!
