Just like its sister 1 BR condo across the hall, this cozy 2 BR condo is a 3rd floor penthouse that includes a private roof area accessed only from an interior circular staircase. Furnished with rustic Mexican touches and bright colors, this condo features well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, en suite master bedroom with queen bed, and second bedroom with two twins that can be pushed together to make a king bed.

this condo is located in Coco Beach in the newer north section of Playa known as "Little Italy", one block to the beach, 2 blocks to 5th Avenue, a few blocks down the beach to Mamita Beach Club. Newer, smaller Beach club "Cannibal Royale" is 1 block away from us. Convenience store OXXO is 3 blocks away. New restaurants and shops are opening all the time at our end of 5th Avenue. This is the place to be in Playa!

We had a beautiful stay in Les alizes condos in Casa Tortuga 2 in February and March 2013. My wife and I were there for two months and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is excellent. A two minute walk to the beach and you can see the ocean from the roof. Location also close to shopping and restaurants on La Quinta. Condo itself was very well furnished with no amenities missing. Pool is beautiful and the pictures on Tripadvisor do not do it justice. The recent pool renovation was done extremely well. My only complaint might be the internet service, which is an antenna service and not completely reliable. Although it is certainly sufficient for keeping in touch with those back home. All-in-all an amazing job by Vicki and her supporting staff. Would absolutely recommend it to others.

Our stay at Casa Tortuga was perfect! The Condo was furnished beautifully and well equipt with everything from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. The pool was a quiet comfortable treat to enjoy after a day of adventuring. Vicki was great to work with. Quick with communications while booking and waiting outside with the keys when we arrived. She helped us with cab rides, directions and fun activities (even scheduled two very skilled masseuse to come once during our one week stay, for an extra charge). The Condo is located one small block from a beach and several blocks from fun Fifth ave.

El apartamento esta en una zona tranquila,agradable y segura con la playa al lado.Esta cerca de la 5ta avenida donde se puede encontrar de todo y también cerca de supermercados.El acceso a la playa es perfecto.
El apartamento estaba limpio, con una cocina pequeña pero suficiente y con todos los accesorios necesarios.Tanto las habitaciones como la sala son magnificas y cuentan con su balcón por donde corría siempre la brisa.Cuenta con lavadora y secadora. Bueno la estancia nos fue de lo más agradable.
Vicki es una buena anfitriona, nos recibió rápidamente y se preocupa para que la estancia sea de lo más agradable.
Recomiendo este apartamento y si vuelvo el próximo año espero poder estar en él. -

We had a great 2 months stay. Very nice quiet location just off a nice stretch of beach but close to the 5th avenue where you can find everything.
The manager Vicki and the handyman David were really helpful and friendly.
The condominium is very clean and has three nice balconies. Kitchen is small but functional, with a fridge and gas stove. Only negative, the couch in the living room is not the most comfortable.

My wife and children loved the condo. We stayed for four weeks and no one wanted to leave. The rooms were great. It was like being home. We cooked and cleaned or clothes, we walked everywhere, we went to the beach all the time. It was a dream that went on for a month . The building was safe and very close to everything.
We have two children who sleep at different times and having the quiet the building provided was a life saver. I highly recommend this rental .
