one block from Coco Bay beach, near 3 popular beach clubs - Cannibal Royale, Mamitas and Kool. Turn left and walk the long undeveloped private strand of beach popular with walkers and runners, topless sunbathing. Turn right and head toward Mamitas and Kool as well as toward town, passing the local taco beach bars. All beach fronts are open to the public.
Also, located two blocks from the north and new end of famous 5th Avenue where new restaurants and shops are opening all the time. This is the hot new area, yet our neighborhood is away from the nightclub noise and heavy traffic.

On a demeuré 10 semaines dans le condo Sand Castle . Tout a été très bien. Très près de la plage et de cinquième avenue , rue piétonière où
l'on trouve,restaurant,bar boutique etc. C'est la troième année qu'on y réside.Très bon service de la part de Vicki et de Scott. -

We spent a month in the condo. Sand Castle was next door to construction of another condo and Vicki offered us a 2 bedroom condo further away from the noise. The place was clean and had everything we needed. David, Maria and Gaby were very helpful. The condo is close to the beach and shopping and the area was pretty quiet. We felt very safe. Having the pool would have been nice, but you can't beat the price, compared to other places in the area. We would go back again. Thanks to Vicki and Scot. We enjoyed our stay with you.

We loved this place. It is situated across the street from the beach and very close to town. It was a great rate for all the amenities you receive.clean,nicely decorated,and safe. The woman who greeted us was very knowledgable and helpful. Can't wait to go back!!!
