Casa Bellissimo is located 1 block from Coco Beach, one of the best beaches in Playa, in the newer, highly desired neighborhood at the north end of town. Also it is only 2 blocks from famous 5th Avenue at the newer end where shops and restaurants are opening all the time. The pictures, location and price were our key reasons for booking this location. Honestly, I didn't expect the condo to live up to the pictures, especially for the price, but I was mistaken. Such a beautiful property. The perfect size for a couple. The condo was very clean and everything was in working order. The location is ideal. It's a two minute walk to the beach or to the restaurants on the northern portion of 5th avenida. The location is just far enough away from the hustle-and-bustle of Playa and remains quiet and peaceful. It was our first time to Mexico and we were concerned about crime and our security but we couldn't have felt more relaxed and secure at this location. The booking process was a breeze. Lara (the condo's owner) was our point of contact for booking and then Vicki provided all the necessary information to prepare us for when we arrived. Vicki was very helpful when we arrived and continued to make herself available if we needed her for anything. On a side note, the condo complex offers many poolside activities throughout the week. Whether it be the $1 mixed drinks at the poolside bar on Sunday or the amazing 90-minute couples massages for $37 on Mondays!!! The location is fantastic and we can't wait to go back!

Just 2 min. away form the beach this condo offers everything you need for a phantastic holiday in beautiful Playa del Carmen. The area is calm and peaceful but also not far from busy avenida Quinta with all its bars and restaurants. Vicky and her staff were always there and gave us a perfect service, whatever was requested. The bed is huge and comfortable, the kitchen has everything to prepare meals, even a good blender. Two balconies and the roof top terrace with lots of space to spend time in the sun, not to mention the garden and pool area with long-chairs. We will defintetely come back as we love the place.

We just left Casa Bellissima on Thursday, Feb 21/13 and all we can say is what a great place to stay. From the minute I emailed the owner Laura and working out the details to the time I met with Vicki, such an easy way of booking and checking in. Everything was great with the condo and the area, it was quiet and very clean. Vicki and Steve was so helpful with everything, from the time I couldn't figure out the TV to the internet, they were always right there to help out. We will be back forsure, and I know that we will tell many others about this complex and Casa Bellissima. What a great Vacation, we will always remember how easy it was for us to check in and check out. Thanks so much Laura, Vicki and Steve, we will be back. Lisa and Gordo

Very nice apartment. close to the beach and far enough away from 5th ave that you will not be kept up all night by the noise. Manager was very helpful and made our stay very present. would defiantly go back.

When the # of people staying with us in Case Eden exceeded the limits, vicke gave us "Casa bellissima" a third floor penthouse. The view was great (even a peekaboo view of the ocean). The breeze up there was very refreshing and the 4th floor deck was a nice bonus. It was very large, comfortable, and clean. Very nice for an extended stay, with kitchen and laundry room.

We stayed in this condo for one month starting mar 26/2012.. The bedroom is at the back of the condo and has a small balcony off it overlooking the courtyard. Bedroom is a good size and has separate a/c. Coming out of the bedroom towards the front of the condo , the bathroom is on the left. It has a shower , sink and toilet. It is a small bathroom but worked ok for us. the kitchen is also small but it has all the necessary appliances and cutlery. There were a few things missing that we thought necessary and Im sure Vicki has put them in since we left. The living room is fine. There is a balcony off the livingroom as well. You then have an indoor staircase that takes you up to a patio area. It has a small bathroom there and theres a charcoal bar b que for your use. The patio provides a nice view of the area. The condo is one block from the beach which is nice. This beach runs all the way to the ferry and beyond. Overall this is a nice one bedroom condo with a location that is in a quieter area of Playa but you can walk to the centre of the tourist area in 10 minutes. We liked the location. Vicki was always quick with getting back to you regarding anything.. They live across the hall to this condo so you dont have to go far to find your landlord. I notice I keep saying small in this review and it is only because we live in a house in Canada. It is a one bedroom condo and so everything is to scale. Would I stay there again if I was going to Playa? Yes ! It has everything you need. Enjoy your stay..

We were renting this property for a month for our stay in Playa del Carmen!
The property has a good location, only 100 meters to the beach, 5 minutes from the 5th avenue, 30 minutes to Cozumel (with the ferry) 20 minutes to Tulum, 45 minutes to Cancun. The price was also a deal breaker. The property was spacious, clean, well equipped - we had all that we needed.
Our hosts Vicki and Scot were wonderful and very helpful in every way. It was really 5 star service all the way through! I was actually quite surprised when we got a welcome email just the day after our reservation was confirmed. I work in the hotel industry and I did not expect this kind of service when renting an apartement.
