Located within the private complex of Mareazul Grand Coral, just north of Playa del Carmen, is the perfect place to spend your family vacation or romantic getaway. Completely furnished and fully equipped, you and your loved ones will have everything necessary to enjoy your home away from home. Feel free to make a home-cooked meal or head into town with endless restaurants to choose from! Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous view of the Caribbean that you will want to wake up to for the rest of your life!

This gorgeous Penthouse unit... boasts an ocean view master suite with king size bed and huge bathroom including large walk-in closet. Access the patio directly off the master suite and enjoy the gorgeous view of the Caribbean. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds to comfortably sleep 4 adults. All beds are outfitted with luxury linens. If you have more guests, the sofa has a full queen size bed to add another 2 adults to your party. The open plan living area looks directly out onto the property and the beautiful Caribbean so you will never tire of the view. The kitchen is outfitted with Bosch appliances and all the quality equipment you would need to put together a gourmet meal (the owners are excellent chefs). Your guests can sit and hang out at the kitchen island while preparing meals and when it is ready, you can choose to dine at the dining table inside (with seating up to 8) or outside on your beautiful patio. Follow the stairs to the rooftop patio complete with 2 luxurious loungers to take in the sun and have some cocktails, or enjoy a glass of wine and a soak in your jacuzzi under the stars.   This apartment was gorgeous! It had amazing ocean views and was only a short walk to a quiet and breathtaking beach. The condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking and cleaning. Mallory (the property manager) was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions.
  
  The resort itself is very well groomed with beautiful gardens and is very quiet. We had friends staying with the hotel portion of this resort who were not satisfied. This condo is a much better alternative to the hotel as it has unlimited towels, internet, and Mallory is always available.
  
  Overall this was a very relaxing and affordable vacation in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax!

  Luxury and comfort in Riviera Maya

  This condo is comfortable and well-equipped condo very close to the center of Playa Del Carmen. The condo was filled with the latest appliances and amenities. The property was beautiful, and the nearly private beach was pristine.
  
  It is only 5-10 minutes drive to the fifth avenue with shops and great restaurants, and yet it is a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle.
  
  One of the best part of the condo was the very responsive, accommodating, and efficient management staff.
