Perfect location in the heart of everything Playa del Carmen. Unit 202 is a 1500 square foot second floor unit featuring a full size balcony looking directly over a 66 foot lap swimming pool. Located for maximum convenience; a 7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, Super Walmart, Mega Grocery, you name it; the complex features beautiful common areas, air con gym with cardio/free weights, outdoor bbq area with gas grill, 24/7 security, free wi-fi and free underground parking. PAYPAL accepted.

The master suite contains a King bed along with his and her sinks and dual rain shower. The second bedroom can be configured as either 2 twins or a king.

“Great stay!”

Highly recommend this condo. Close to beach, restaurants, and shops. We walked everywhere. Apartment was very nice and just as described. Would definitely stay here again.
