Stayed for two wonderful weeks at Doca 202. It is just as in the pictures. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It's close to everything in Playa. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. It has everything to make one feel right at home. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, plenty of hot water, Wi-Fi, cable. Also like to thank Renzo for a smooth check-in and check-out and for being there when needed, which wasn't often since everything ran very smooth the whole time. Loved the rooftop pool area. It’s close to many restaurants and only a couple of blocks from beach. Hope to be back soon.

It's like all the comforts of home but better. This was my fist time visiting Playa del Carmen and I loved it. It is like Mexico meets south beach. The Condo was high end with a south beach feel. The value was also fantastic. The area was safe to walk around and the people in the town were so friendly. Great location 1/2 block from the towns main street (5th ave.) with great shopping and resturants, and two block from some of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. The town was a less then an hours drive from Cancun airport and was also close to many attractions. I went swimming with the dolphins!! how cool is that. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

What a great experience the apartment was fantastic , it so easy to get to the beach and all the surrounding attractions. The restaurants on 5 th ave were walking distance. The rooftop pool and lap pool were our own little paradise with great views and sunsets. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and the patio and hot tub were a great place to relax ,have a drink and breakfast.The property manager could not have been nicer and attended to our every need. The building is very secure and has parking inside .What a great neighborhood. We will return again soon,we loved this place

Just got back from a 10 days vacations at Doca # 202 !
Perfect location ! A small 4 min. walk to the beach, without all the noise from Mamitas or Kool beach. Close to everything ; restaurants, track field and tennis just across.
2 superbe quiet pools on the roof very relaxing with a nice view.
When we arrived, we were more then welcome by the manager who did us a small tour of the neighborhood and suggesting great restaurants !
Very clean and safe place.
