Lovely condo in quiet area short walk to beach, restaurants, shops, and grocery store. first Floor unit overlooks swimming pool in 8 unit building. King bed with in suite bath in master bedroom and twin beds in second bedroom.. TV, DVD, C/D player, air conditioning. A feature a like a lot about this location is that the Mega Comercial mexicana super center is only 1 short block away In there, the prepared food to go section has everything you can think of .guacamole, beans, rice, salads, Mexican food, ribs, roasted chicken , fried fish, shrimp cocktail and seafood ready to go and at local prices. there is also a bakery and a coffee place inside the store. like the coffee place as they give free chocolate filled Danish minis. And the American coffee is 1 dollar. he Golden pilsner beer is only $2.5 a six pack . At the very entrance in te first level there is a deli pizza Place and subs. the ATMs are in the bathrooms aisle of the Mega comercial Mexicana of Playa del Carmen. There are 3 or 4 ATMs. The most neat nearby places are the Nativo natural restaurant 2 one block and a half, Real Mexican morning tacos Yucatan style one block away. Internet in the corner, Laundromat one block. Happy hour with free seafood at manigua restaurant 2 blocks away 3 to 5 pm. $1.5 per beer. And of course all the variety offered by the la quinta avenida pedestrian only street where you can find several artisans stores , art galleries, stone art precious, amber, live music in several places every night. al fresco coffee Shoppes and dining, and several beach clubs at night in the beach.

Cable and Wireless Internet is already included in the price Electricity is not included in mid or long term rental , one month or more, Credit card fee is 4.5%. No pets, No loud parties allowed after 10pm. Building services close at 10PM. All persons other than renters or owners must leave the building otherwise an extra person night will be charged to your security deposit.

  We stayed here for 6 days and had a fantastic experience! Location is great, only about a block from restaurants and bars and just a little bit further to the beach. Close enough to go out at night but its still really quiet and peaceful at the condo.
  
  My husband and I went here for our anniversary but it would also be great for families or other larger groups. The porch over looks the pool which is well kept and nice and quiet. The condo itself is very well decorated and maintained.
  
  The on site manager is really helpful and accommodating if we had any requests or questions. The condo was really clean. It felt like a hotel experience but with more character, charm and uniqueness.
  
  I would definitely go there again and recommend to anyone!
