Jon was waiting for us when we arrived over an hour later than expected. He made us feel very welcome, showed us around the condo and building. It is a beutifully well kept, secure building. He let us know if we needed anything to get ahold of him as he mentioned the previous guests had just left. We quickly realized there was no toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap or bottled water. We tried to connect with him but to no avail. Im assuming we must have had the wrong email.Not a big deal as there is a local convenience store downstairs. The condo was beautiful just as pictured and close to all the action and beach yet in a quiet area. If you are a light sleeper the noise of the bus station out the bedroom window could be a problem but it didn't bother us. Thanks so much Jon, we had a great stay!!!

The best apartment, clean, good space, the aparment has everything what I need for my great holllydays, the attention to mr. John was perfect en every moment! I recommend this aparmament for everyone how want going playa del carmen! The best location just one block to Walmart , one block to la mega ( this is a big super market, just 3 blocks for the principal ave in playa an 4 blocks to the ocean! Is exactly on downtown all is very close, we don't need a car for nothing ! Thanks John for you our holidays was very great!

We were very happy with this apartment - it's comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and the location cannot be beaten (so convenient). It also has a nice pool area and courtyard. Wished we could have stayed longer.
The owners were lovely - very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this apartment to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to return myself.

All you would exp ect and so much more! Excellent from beginning to end. Clean, spacious, comfortable, modern. Home from home with the glam factor. Great location, beautiful pool area and overall excellently maintained. Thanks sooo much. We will be back.

We were overwhelmed by how beautiful the condo was. It was even better than the pictures. We visit Playa twice a year with our family and normally stay at a hotel - this was by far the best way to do it. We will definately be returning to this condo in May and September. our kids were never out of the glorious pool either. The location is perfect for the beach too.

Looked long and hard for the perfect location found it at the encanto
On arrival was greeted by John the owner who was very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was a good size with beautiful decor and facilities
Roof top pool and solarium were excellent.
Will definitely be returning next year thanks John!!
