• Reservations: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
• Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN).
• Cancellation Policies:
Reservations canceled 61 days or more prior to arrival date are refundable with a USD 500 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled 60days or fewer are non-refundable
Holidays reservations are non-refundable.
• Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties.

Desde el momento que llegás hasta que te vas todo mas que perfecto. La prolijidad y la limpieza de todo es notable y para destacar.
La pileta era genial y con una muy bonita vista por lo que disfrutamos mucho de ella. Los espacios del departamento son muy grandes y resultan mas que cómodos, sinceramente nos sentimos muy a gusto y nos gustarÃa volver. No tengo que dejar de destacar la ubicación, privilegiada que tiene el lugar, super cómodo, estábamos a metros del centro y de la playa, por lo que no tuvimos que perder ni tiempo ni dinero en desplazarnos, sin duda una opción totalmente recomendable, la pasamos mas que excelente en este maravilloso lugar, esperamos volver a Playa del Carmen y sin duda que ya tenemos una buenÃsima opción.
