This 2 bedroom corner penthouse in one of Playa del Carmen's most stunning modern buildings was designed by Argentinian architect Sebastien Sas, who also designed the Be Hotels in PdC and Tulum. Wood paneled sliding doors contrast with local marble floors and floor to ceiling windows to create an atmosphere of Latin American luxury. The bathrooms include star-fish shaped rain showers and a deep soaking tub. I have stayed here multiple times, and every time feel like I'm coming home. Not only is the condo in a perfect location in the North part of town, but it's bright, clean and modern. Great for coming back after a day at the beach and hanging out with your friends and family.

By far, this is our favorite vacation. We have stayed at this penthouse several times, and love it. The location is great, just a block from 5th avenue, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, gym, yoga, and sports field. The deck and pool are very private, and lovely to come back to after a swim at the beach, we spent hours there every day. The apartment is well equipped, clean modern design, everything you need for short stay or long stay. The owner and building manager are great to deal with, and any small issues are dealt with immediately. We will definitely be back!

I stayed in this penthouse with a couple of friends. We found it to have all the comforts of home: a well-equipped kitchen, coffee maker, wi-fi, television, comfortable living room and clean, modern bathrooms with good plumbing. We enjoyed the roof deck with dipping pool so much that we decided to make many of our meals at home with provisions that we bought a stores nearby the apt.
The building felt very secure and there is an elevator and parking garage in the building. The beach was easy to walk to and the main drag was one block away. We found a wonderful yoga studio around the corner and took class almost every day from a couple of fantastic teachers. We also found a great massage place nearby.
Beds were comfortable and there were abundant linens, towels and basic provisions.
Would definitely recommend and return.

My husband and I had a great stay here. The condo was beautiful and the location perfect - near Starbucks and great bars. Minor issue with the plumbing when we checked in, but the local property manager sorted it out right away. Would definitely stay here again!

I've been to Playa several times, and this is by far the best accomodations for the money that we have found. It's a block off the main drag, so you're in a quiet place, but still close to all the action.
It's an ultra modern design - in a brand new building with a wine store and cafe as the corner retail shop. Up above the apartment level is a small private swimming pool.
The owner is from USa but the whole registration and check in process is turn key -- and there was a great local property manager on call in case we needed support. But we never did.
