This condo is located in the Margaritas 2 residential complex. The building is located on the corner of 25th Avenue and 24th Street. From there you will be able to walk everywhere in Playa, from the beach to Wallmart, from 5th Avenue to the local restaurants on 30th Avenue, everything is nearby. The location is simply the best Downtown Playa del Carmen. This condo has a great feature: it has a king size bed in each of the two bedrooms and it also has a third bedroom in the palapa on the second level. The location is simply the best downtown Playa. The condo is located on the corner of 25th and 20th. From there you will be able to walk to 5th and the beach. The condo is surrounded by great local restaurants like el Fogon, Nativo and HC. The Mega store is just accross the street, so shopping for groceries is easy. You just can't beat this location.

I have stayed at this condo a few times and every time is like the first
The condo is well equipped with water cooler, wifi and security. It is very clean and tastefully decorated.
Everything is in walking distance for example grocery Mega is just down the street, restaurants, beach and 5th ave are all within a short walk. The cab ride from the airport is 45min 350 pesos each x2 going to the condo and leaving the condo you can arrange a taxi for 500 pesos total. I can suggest akumal for snorkelling and Tullum for sightseeing both are less than and hour from Playa.
I feel very safe walking the streets of Playa del Carmen and would go back in a heart beat!

Enjoyed a fabulous 2 week stay in mid January of this year.
The location is perfect, walking distance for all the top attractions and close to shopping for anything you need. The Condo itself is comfortable, clean and just like home. We had terrific days out at the Beach, shopping, excursions etc... and were always happy to get back to the Condo a perfect home away from home. We spent several days just hanging out at the Condo's Pool with all its facilities. Very friendly neighbors and security. We felt secure the entire time we were there.
The owner provided all the information we needed to get our vacation started successfully and make the Condo our home for the two weeks. The Condo has a Water cooler with tourist friendly water with an extra bottle. The place has everything you need to be self sufficient in your stay incl washer dryer. The aC is remote control per room and works fine and water pressure in shower and bathroom taps is fine. Wi Fi is surprisingly fast and the the tv has lots of channels some English if you ever have time to watch. The location is a block away from one the main arteries to the beach and 5th avenue shopping and the highway the other way.
The Condo is easy to reach from airport in Cancun. Take a Bus to bus station in Playa Del Carmen and a cab will be there to take you there to Condo a 70 peso cost of Cab. Check bus schedule against your flight. Owner can arrange a car to take you directly and pick up which is handy but at much more of a cost 120 us dollars. We took this route but after seeing our way around we definitely would take bus and cab route. Security will help with luggage up to room , don't forget to tip as this is how you get extra things done and better service.
The owners reco on Restaurants and shopping was spot on and we enjoyed great meals and the some of the best coffee we had ever had. Highly recommend this Condo and Playa Del Carmen.
