Description

Take advantage of the low price for accommodation in our(814 square foot) one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo in the newest development in the north end of Playa del Carmen. Casa Schwartz is situated in Coco Beach on 42 Calle between 5th Avenida and 1st Avenida, a two minute walk to the most beautiful white sand beach in the Caribbean. Our very quiet location affords the best playa has to offer. Everything you need in playa is within walking distance so a vehicle is not needed.

Casa Schwartz is perfect for a couple or a couple and two children. The condo is fully furnished with a king-size bed in the bedroom and the sofa's in the livingroom converts into two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen lets you make the choice of dining in or out. A spacious terrace overlooks the pool and gardens. The only stairs involved are the 3 steps from our patio down to the pool.

Response from the owner I am so sorry you didn't like our unit and I hope because you walked through the patio door and had to pay for the damage didn't taint your review. I will look at the lighting to see if there is anything we can improve on. Unfortunately we can't control the comings and goings of other people in the complex. We only have 6 units on our side and as a rule is quiet. It is of the utmost importance to me that our guests are comfortable and I apologize that this was not the case for you. Regards Tracey

How do damage deposits work?

If Tracey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
