Description

Our penthouse condo is located on Calle 42 between the famous 5th Avenue with its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants & clubs, and the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean. It has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room - dining room, a full kitchen and a laundry room. We also have a security safe in each bedroom. We have a table and chairs on our roof deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon Margarita. A fresh water swimming pool is located in the center courtyard and shared with condo owners and their guests.

Getting around

Playa del Carmen has hundreds of Taxis and they are relatively cheap within the city. Please negotiate price with driver before you get into Taxi. City buses run along 30th Avenue and they cost less than $1 USD. You can take the Collectivo (a mini bus) to Akumal and Tulum. ADO buses are very comfortable and they leave for the airport and Cancun about every 20 minutes during the day. Fare to the airport is about 200 pesos per person.

No more than 6 persons are allowed in the condo at any one time.
Please keep the condo clean & place garbage outside every day.
Please turn off all lights and the a/c units when you leave the condo. Electricity is not included in the rent and is charged at the end of your stay at 4 pesos per KWH used.
Please do not leave the stove unattended.
No diving is allowed in the swimming pool.
