Description

The condo is located at Playacar, the most exclusive condo building at Playa del Carmen.

Playacar is an residencial while luxurious development located between Playa del Carmen beach and golf course. The condo is one of the nicest ground floor units and is ideal for 4-6 people.

It has been carefully furnished offering high quality amenities going from linens and towels to the furniture and the cooking sets. The living area has separated kitchen and its the best place to hang out since you can open the windows and the pool its just 2 steps away, you can relax with your family and enjoy the comfort of your home and at the same time enjoy the pool, it has two large bedrooms and 2 bathroom one with a queen size bed and now with two individual size beds that can be joined together .

Everything's is brand new and fully equipped (including a private washing/drying room if you need it). The condo is really to the beach in Playa del Carmen as no development is allowed on the beachfront. As opposed to other properties in town, you do not need to cross the town to hit the beach. There is a bicycle path connecting Playacar with the nearest beaches (just 0.3-0.5 miles cycling).

A large supermarket (ATMs) is just across the street so you can buy all your groceries, and the best restaurants are just minutes away by bike, taxi or car drive.

So, the condo is very close to the famous 5th Avenue, 15 min walking, place enjoy restaurants, shoping and nightclubs

The entire complex is designed to make you feel welcome. The beautiful meandering pool winds throughout the middle of the complex and serves as a meeting place. This is a small low-rise development of only 3 floors so the atmosphere is warm and friendly and attracts an international crowd.

The complex is also gated with weekend and night security and off street parking. Playa de Carmen beaches, ranked by many international travel guides as the most beautiful in the world , is straight down the road about 0.3 miles. In very close proximity is a new large grocery store that sells an extensive selection of foods along with a bakery, pharmacy, and a wide range of household goods. Banks with ATM’s are also nearby, as are dive shops and travel agencies that can arrange scuba, snorkeling, cave diving, and fishing trips, visits to the many Mayan ruin sites, and excursions to the biosphere reserve of Sian Ka’an. And if that's not enough to tire you out, in the evening you can go to beach club in Playacar or simply relax over a great meal in one of the many choices of restaurants serving local cuisine or international fare. They are all here, without any of the fast food places. It's up to you, there's lots of activity or you can simply walk around the jungle roads and do some bird-watching, or curl up with a book on our rooftop terrace. Come on down, Playacar is a magical place and we're sure you'll love your time here as much as we do.
