Aqua Terra #105 is a beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom condo home. This home is situated in the well-located Aqua Terra building in Playa del Carmen (just 40 minutes South of Cancun). Aqua Terra is a pleasant 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue, and another 5 minutes to the beach clubs, Mamitas Beach Club and Kool Beach Club. These beach clubs offer lounge chairs and umbrellas for the day for a small cost, as well as full service food and refreshment.

Just wanted to say what a fabulous and perfectly wonderful time we had at your condo. It couldn't have been more perfect for our holiday with my folks. They looked years younger after just few days here.
Being so close to the pool , very few stairs to climb , and close to great restaurants and fun places to go, perfect weather, and great service from property managers. Close to the fun and noise of 5th avenue, but far enough away to be tranquil and quiet.
Met so many nice people in aqua Terra as well. -

We have stayed at this condo many times and will keep coming back for more. The unit is very tastefully and comfortably decorated and very clean. The location is perfect! You can walk to everything easily, beach, 5th ave., shopping and restaurants. The unit is very well stocked with everything you could want. The kitchen is equiped with everything you need to whip up a nice meal at home and there is even a washer/dryer which came in handy. We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning and taking a swim in the pool and then off to one of the many great places for lunch near by and then hit the beach in the PM. I loved that the unit is on the main level so no hauling stuff up the stairs. The two bedrooms and two baths set-up is perfect for our family. Agua Terra is well managed with 24/7 security and nice and quiet as well. We can't wait to go again next year!

A nice home away from home. The location was great - not far from the beach, shopping and of course 5th avenue. The service was great. The unit was well kept and always cleaned. The only thing that could be improved is the water. It sits on the counter and takes up a lot of space. Maybe better on a stand.

The condo was absolutely beautiful,comfortable and peaceful. It has all the amenities we needed and was in walking distance to everything; the beach, 5th avenue shopping and restaurants and even the large grocery store. We felt totally safe and secure and the property management was very friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again, only this time we will bring along friends to share in this wonderful experience.

My wife and I stayed at this unit in the aqua Terra condo complex in the fall of 2010. The unit has all the amenities, was extremely well kept - it made us feel right at home.
This was our first experience travelling to the area that wasn't at an all Inclusive. After our stay, I would say we will likely never go to a resort - there is so much more to choose from in terms of restaurants and the beach, all within a short walk.
Highly recommended! -

Aqua Terra is a great condo complex located in exactly the area of Playa del Carmen I prefer to stay in - and the management company was amazing!
The condo was clean and well-appointed, the security guards on duty were friendly and helpful and the grocery cart provided was perfect for the 5 block walk to the Mega.
Four of us stayed in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo for 10 nights. And we'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Close to the fun part of the beach (Mamitas), the quieter end of 5th avenue and central enough to be on pick-up routes for tours - it was perfect for us. -

Me gusto mucho el departamento, estaba impecable, super equipado y en muy buena zona. El servicio y atencion de lso empeados siempre fue excelente.
