Unlike my previous stays at Bric properties, I would have to say that I am a little disappointed with Bric's customer service during this visit. Yazmin was very nice when I was making my reservation - thank you. However, the person whom I was supposed to check in with and take me to the condo was a no-show. He also was no-show when I checked out.When I attempted to contact him during my stay, he did answer once to tell me how to operate the safe deposit box. The rest of the time, he would not answer or was out to lunch, etc. Also, the living room furniture at my condo has seen better days and was dirty. Time to replace them. Arena Blanca though is a beautiful building - well maintained and aesthetically pleasing and very convenient and close to everything beach included.

I found that the Bric rental was a excellent company to deal with in the way it provided its services we never ran out of drinking water, the maid service was excellent when the air conditioning ran into problems the repairs were immediate. When we had issues at home they provided their U.S. cell phone to assist us, pickup at the airport was on time it was an enjoyable stay my only complaint and this is not the Brics' fault high street noise.

We rented through Bric Rentals. They provided a friendly concierge who helped us plan our week and provided visitor tips. He was always a call away with provided cell phone. The condo was very nice and in a great location...a 5 minute walk to a great beach and a block away from 5th ave. Although this is a quiet end of town, there is a little traffic noise if the windows are open. It is slightly inconvenient to stop at the rental office to pick up keys although the office is only a block or 2 away. Our transfer waited while we picked up keys and drove us to the condo but we could have walked.
The building and pool are nice. This is a small complex with about 12 units. The staff keeps the complex clean. There is a security guard present at night although we didn't feel he was necessary since the complex is behind a locked gate.
The condo is tastefully decorated and clean and has everything needed for a confortable visit. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at arena Blanca 6 over the Christmas holiday. Everything that we were promised was provided in a timely manner. Our concierge, Isaac, was calm, courteous, and extremely helpful. It was a nice little break to have maid service and they did an excellent job when they came. Located at the end of 5th, but just down the street from the beach, we could not have asked for a more advantageous location. We felt safe and secure at all times and never once regretted our choice of staying in aB6. We highly recommend it to anyone who desires a great 'getaway' home away from home.

It was great to have someone show us around the condo when we got there. We loved this beautiful and well-maintained condo and enjoyed being close to the beach and to 5th avenue, where we found great restaurants. The condo is small but for the two of us, it was perfect!

My husband and I spent 3 weeks at arena Blanca #6 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Being on the second floor was great as we felt secure in leaving the patio door open every nite for the nice breeze (the place actually has 7 windows so we never needed the fans or the air conditioners). 38th is a great street, nice short walk to the beach with lots of good restaurants close by and enough removed from the busy area of 5th avenue. The staff at the Bric were very helpful if we had any questions and were available to arrange tours as well. We were provided with a local cell phone so we could always be in touch if needed. Rosario, our daily maid was wonderful. We had coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning and some lunches and dinners at the condo as well. We shopped at the Mega and at the Soriana on 38th & 30th for groceries but the corner store was very handy for beer, wine, pop and snacks. The condo is well equipped with even a washer & dryer. The pool is lovely and the gardens are luscious and well cared for and everyone was very friendly. All in all it was a great vacation and we hope to be back again some day.

Just came back from a 10 day vacation, stayed at the arena Blanca, condo # AB6. This beautiful condo came with everything!! Full Kitchen, Laundry, Outdoor Deck, Full Bathroom, Concierge Service (which was a very nice perk!), daily maid service, only 3 min from the beach, and perfectly located just off of 5th ave. Yet still very quiet, slept like babies in that condo! We cant wait to come back! Will be recommending this place to everyone we know!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very close (within walking distance) to dining and shopping, as well as the beach. I was a little concerned about not staying in a resort, but in fact felt very safe in this rental. They have a friendly guard stationed by the front gate, and I felt 100% comfortable during my stay. Great location, great unit, and I will definitely be back!!

Great location, quiet, perfect size for two people, nicely
decorated....everyone who works there is so helpful and kind,
especially Renee. I felt very safe in Playa and at Arena Blanca.
Tons of great places to eat nearby. The only downfall in my
opinion is that it said King bed on the website and it was
definitely not a king size. Regardless it was incredibly
comfortable and the bedding was soft and cozy.....and I am
really picky about bedding on vacation....scratchy sheets are
the worst with a sunburn! Would definitely stay here again, we
had such a great time! -

The service was first class. Friendly, prompt and professional service. The condo is magnificent, it was expensively decorated. The brick domed ceiling with soft recessed lighting was gorgeous. Pool was one of the nicest in all Playa with lots of sunshine.
I will never stay in a boring all inclusive again.
The restaurants were amazing in Playa. I love the people watching in Playa, such beauty everywhere I turned.
I loved it and will book unit #6 again, VERY SOON! -

My husband and I have been to Playa a number of times. In March of 2009 we spent a week at Arena Blanca #6 and found it to be a perfect vacation condominium. Clean, comfortable, accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and gym, and a quick taxi ride to the golf course. The pool was fantastic after a busy day in the sun and everything in the condo was in great working order. Our only suggestion would be for the owners to invest in a couple of beach chairs! It would have been nice to have an alternative to the noisy beach clubs. All in all ... a great place. We can't wait to go back.
