When we arrived at our condo, it looked exactly like the pictures on the website. It was a very clean and modern condo. We went to Mexico with our adult kids and this place gave us lots of space to spread out! We loved the plunge pool located just off the living room on the main floor! It was nice having bathrooms for each bedroom as well as on the main floor! On the top floor was a barbecue and outdoor sink which we did use. The "bed hammock" was so awesome! The condo location was just at the end of 5th avenue and only a two minute walk from the beach! Great location! If I had to say anything negative about this place would be that our bed was a bit on the hard side, but I'm in Mexico away from the snow and cold so it didn't bother us!!! Enjoyed our stay and the Bric Rentals were very good to deal with! Thanks and hope to return soon!

I received good service at this condo both from Bric Vacation Rentals and the staff at the Bosque de los aluxes. The condo was one of the nicest that I have stayed at In Playa del Carmen. The condo was very clean and not musty smelling like some of the others I have been in. This is probably due to the fact that there are several large windows on the main floor and also one in each of the bedrooms on the second floor. All windows and patio doors have screens which to me was a big plus. You could have windows open to air out the place without having any type of bugs coming in. This also was the most bug free condo I have stayed in, again probably because of the screening on all doors and windows. The whole condo almost felt like new and not at all like a rental. All furniture and beds were very comfortable which is not always the case in rental units. Everything that you needed was supplied in the condo with the exception of barbecue tongs and a barbecue brush which I purchased and left there. The patio off the main floor was nice in that the table and chairs had shade for the majority of the day and if you wanted sun, you could go to the beautiful patio area off the third floor where you could have a combination of sun or shade and lots of seating for probably close to 12 people. The higher patio always had a nice breeze being as it was off the third level. The location is at the end of the pedestrian only part of Fifth avenue and was close to an assortment of dining experiences, shopping or just walking around and seeing what was in the area. The nicest things about the condo were the screens, patio off the first and third floors, the BBQ, and the overall slightly upscale features of the condo. There were only a couple of negatives that I had and the main one was the noise from the couple of bars, restaurants, and coffee shop directly downstairs. They had live music virtually every night and sometimes lasted into the wee hours. Also too many stairs

Pictures and description did not adequately describe Bosque de los aluxes 111. Three levels. Very Spacious. Large bedrooms and baths. Killer top-floor roof deck, with chairs, swing-bed, bbq grill!, & outdoor shower. Very clean, nice decor, awesome maid service. Safe and Secure Location. Loved it, and will re-book this exact unit!

The condo is located in what I consider the non-touristy end of Playa; it's
quiet and surrounded by cool cafes and a fabulous Mexican-fusion sushi
restaurant. The space is beautiful - many windows to watch the world, a
private terrace with a gorgeous pool big enough to read a book, relax, and
enjoy the surrounding foliage and bird life. The interior is clean, expansive,
with a minimalist feel and gorgeous art on the wall. I really liked the service
by the management company. There was a team of people who made sure
our stay was pleasant, and it was a success. We were given a local cell
phone so we didn't have to use our US phones, which we really liked,
especially if we needed to call the mgt co about anything. We liked enjoying
our vacation in the condo - we found that simply lounging around between
the kitchen and terrace was a great way to spend the day - reading, talking,
listening to music, cooking, enjoying the sights and sounds. We spent more
time in the condo than in the town - it was a very tranquil place for us. We
had an issue with the water cooler but the mgt co took care of us right away
and made sure we had drinkable water. So it's not only a place to stay
during a vacation...but for us it was a place to integrate into the vacation.
