Avenida 5 in the heart of Little Italy the hip and trendy international

bars, Italian bistros, authentic and traditional Mexican food, sushi bars,

Pizzerias, live music, great shopping and so much more. Everything is

just a short walk away.

While it is in the heart of all this terrific excitement, life and action

the penthouse is tranquil, quiet and serene once you enter the secure

... building. With only eight units, a gorgeous pool and Jacuzzi you won't

believe you have found this peaceful oasis in the center of it of all.

Penthouse #7 also sports two bedrooms, two full baths, oversized terraces

with ocean views off both bedroom terrraces, a lovely terrace off the living room

over-looking the private pool, plus its very own private palapa roof top

terrace with ocean view, giant comfy sectional, queen size bed, refrigerator and open air tub.

The views are just spectacular, two blocks from Playa Mammitas which is

easily the Mayan Riveras most turquoise and beautiful beach and the

future home of Playas first 5 star beach club The Tides.

The penthouse is decorated with elegance, class and comfort with special

attention to lighting and atmosphere, The amenities promise to leave you

nothing to desire for as well as stereo, flat screen TV DVD,

LG air conditioning system designed to cool

in each room with quiet and comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, oven,

stove, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, juicer, etc.

All linens and towels are provided and twice weekly maid service. Laundry

service available upon request.

The condo sleeps 4 comfortably (two couples) with one king-size bed and one queen.

  We stayed at Buen agua 7 during December, 2010 (we left January 3rd). The condo was lovely, the kitchen was incredibly stocked and we felt very comfortable from the day we arrived. There are great restaurants and shops on 5th avenue. The staff from Bric Vacation Rentals were always available to answer questions and assist us getting reservations, etc.

  Home Away with Good Location

  Buen Agua 7 is well located on 5th Avenue between Calle 20th and 22nd, which is the international section of Playa lined with restaurants and stores. It’s less touristy residential area and is located just a few (but long) blocks from the beach. The condo gives a “homey” feel and one would feel like living in Playa rather than just being a visitor. We liked it very much.
  
  It is well furnished, and its rooftop terrace (but with very limited ocean view) is nicely decorated with palapa roofing and Jacuzzi; perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Although the view was pleasant, there was no ocean view from the lower floor where the living quarter was located.
  
  Unfortunately this condo was not occupied for 3 weeks (so we were told) and we experienced several maintenance issues. What impressed us was Bric’s responsiveness. They sent in workers right away to respond and correct issues. When we found that certain issues persisted, they offered another 2BR/2BA condo with comparable amenities, including private rooftop terrace. We were very happy with Bric and we would definitely use this agency for our next visit to the Playa.
  
  I’m certain that any maintenance issues we experienced at this condo would be addressed before the busy season, and anyone staying at this condo will have pleasant time.
